udah seminggu ini tiap hari plank, dibarengi ma latihan leg + booty atau ABS ...di body nge fek lho , biasa nya kalo mau bulanan pasti agak gak enak badan eh hari ini dapat malah gak kerasa apa2, fit rasanya
untuk plank hari pertama cuma sanggup 20 detik, hari ke tujuh udah di 2 menit, smoga di hari 30 bisa sampe 5 menit hahaha

Hari minggu jadwal jalan cepat di Taman Langsat, Alhamdulillah mulai hr ini 6 putaran (kurleb 4,5 km)

Sekarang cuma pake aplikasi workout di smartphone aja sih, sama lari (tapi lari lagi libur karena kaki yang sakit). Lagi tertarik coba Hidden Content nih. Oke nggak sih gym2 yang tergabung disitu?

Tahun 2018 ini ramadhan pertamaku yg bener-bener dibarengi diet (jaga makan) + ngerutinkan olahraga. Sebelumnya homeworkout (belajar calisthenis dasar kayak push up, crunch, squat, plank, ngikutin video youtube fitness blender, ikutin aplikasi di android, dll ganti2 3-5x/minggu, 30-60 menit, biasanya start olahraga dari jam 17.00). Udah "mulai" rutin 3 mingguan dgn pola kayak gitu. Pas masuk bulan Ramadhan, tantangannya tambah berat, karena motivasi olahraga lagi turun dan rasanya capek sekali, terutama belum nemu waktu olahraga yg paling tepat. Kan kalau olahraga habis buka, mepet waktunya, habis jam teraweh, keringetan malam-malam nggak enak klo ga langsung mandi (jadi mandi malam), akhirnya udah ga olahraga selama 14 harian ini. Mencoba ikut-ikutan di forum ini buat nyari motivasi olahraga. Mau balik olahraga lagi.. kayaknya seru bikin workout diary di sini.. bismillah.. target hari ini olahraga lagi jam 5 sore, asal gerak aja dulu.. semoga kita semua berhasil ya dgn target masing2.. doakan aku ya teman-teman semuanya.. :')

Update 11/06/2018
Aku justru pas habis bikin postingan yg terakhir kalinya itu malah ga olahraga.. sampe tgl 10, baru 2x olahraganya.. pas sebelum buka puasa : skipping 10 menit, wall push up klo lagi kuat 3×10, knee push up 10x, jumping jack 1 menit.. kenapa masih malas olahraga ya puasa tahun ini.. tapi setidaknya udah mulai "mau" olahraga lagi., semangat semuanya

Halo semua.. balik lagi setelah lebaran.. Selamat hari raya idul fitri semua, mohon maaf lahir batin.. :') setelah lebaran H+3 mulai olahraga lagi.. kali ini fokus mau rutin tiap hari skipping.. masih pemula yang belajar loncat, terasa banget betis pegal, tapi lama-lama berkurang juga.. olahraga minggu ini lompat tali + sedikit squat, lunge, wall push up buat ngimbangi kardionya.. semangat semuanya..

today abis pilates, kmren abis bikram.. lagi rajin2 nya nurunin berat badan yg stuck abis lahiran anak ke 2. mau turun 6 kg susah bgt

Dari dulu olahraga yg paling disuka cuma berenang dan zumba. Waktu masih jd mahasiswa pernah ambil member di Hotel Horison dan Hotel Ciputra. Selain bisa renang, bisa nge-gym, dan sauna juga. Semenjak balik dan kerja di Jakarta, olahraga jd kegiatan yg amat sangat jarang dilakukan. Alhasil badan jd sering sakit-sakit, ngantuk, sering pusing, dan badan cepet lelah. Jadi mulai tiga bulan terakhir ikut kelas di beberapa cabang olahraga semacam zumba dan poundift. Sebulan pertama ikut kelas zumba seminggu sekali buat ngebiasaiin badan yg udh ga lama olahraga. Bulan kedua coba seminggu dua kali. Dan ini bulan ketiga lagi cobaiin untuk exercise 3kali dalam seminggu; zumba, pound fit, dan renang.

Sama kadang jalan pagi.. Home workout kadang juga ngedance zumba ngikutin yg ada di youtubee hehe
