Tracking Macros (Counting Carbs, Proteins, Fats)
ijin buka thread ya bu mod . .
soalnya baru ngeh ama satu diet moderat ini, soalnya kebanyakan liat fitness model kan biasanya clean eating aja yah. Jadi maksudnya tracking macros ini, bebas mau makan apa ajah, tapi kita itung per meal itu carbs berapa gram, protein berapa gram, n fat berapa gram. kita tetapin dulu per hari kita harus makan berapa kalori, misal 2000kal. dan perbandingan/ratio carb/protein/fat misal kita ambil 40:40:20 / 40/30/30 dari total kalori harian , (FYI carb=4kal , protein=4kal , fat=9kal) berarti sehari kita bisa konsumsi carbs 800kal(200g), protein 600kal(160g) ,fat 600kal(67g)
tak pikir2 lagi kok mbulet dan, ribet ya? tapi keuntungannya, clean eating udah ga harus deh, mo makan es krim monggo, dairy monggo, mie/donat/biskuit monggo, cuman ya itu mesti counting macros every single meal. gimana pendapat suhu2 disini? sudahkah ada yg coba ? soalnya aq dah seminggu ini clean eatjng tp kok lama2 males ya, suntuk gitu. . baca2 tracking macros kok sepertinya menarik? hihi

Jadi yg pertama komen ah, hehe. .
Temen deketku ada yg diet begini, tapi gak detil sampe karb, fat, protein berapa gtu.. karena kerjanya lebih banyak duduk, dia ngebatesin sehari cuma 1000-1500kalori.. untuk jumlah kalori Per makan berapa, dia cm nyari di internet sih, misal makan komplit nasi dan lauk pauk dia hitung 500kalori, kue2 kaya' jajan pasar 100-150kalori, begitu klo sore dia merasa udah 1000kalori dia gak makan malem lagi, tapi klo masih belum 1000kalori dia masih mau makan tapi paling kue aja.. dengan diet begini dia emang berhasil jadi kurus.. cuma klo gw blom bisa ngikutin, ribet mikirin kalori.. hehehe

iya ngitung kalori aja pusing, ini pake tambah didetilin gitu hehe, , tp penasaran ama hasilnya sih. . barangkali aja bisa break plateau . .

@Hidden Content : ini kayak The Zone Diet, kah? Selebriti luar banyak yg pake, tapi mereka enak, sdh ada dietician yg nyiapin makanan tiap hari jadi mereka tinggal makan aja.
Kalau ada katering diet yg mau nyiapin, enak juga kayaknya...

@Hidden Content temenku sih ngakunya gak pake olga, jadi aktifitas sehari2 aja.. makanan gak ada pantang (tp dia gak makan daging sapi n ayam).. cuma yaa itu, mo makan apa dia search dulu brp kalori. .skrg dia jd kaya' kamus berjalan deh, qta tanya makanan apa rata2 dia tau kalorinya, hehe..

the zone diet hampir sama sih ama ratio balance macrosnya, tp pilihan carbsnya terbatas buah ama sayur doang Hidden Content , fatsnya juga harus yg sehat mcm olive oil ama avocado hiks hiks. tapi kalo cuma tracking macros terserah mau bersih apa gak asal pinter ngitung mau mie, nasi putih, burger, nasi merah, dairy everything ga terbatas asal balance n pas. buat makanan kotor mungkin cuma jadi sedikit porsinya,dibanding yg bersih. tp daripada "ngempet" kan? ,

ternyata gak sesusah yg dikira, kemaren lgsg dunlud app penghitung kalori fatsecret(enak ini app udah lengkap ama macrosnya) di playstore, input semua makanan ama latihan sehari kemaren. hasilnya total kalori kemaren cuman1500kal , tapi kalo berdasar 2000kal/hari n rasio karb/protein/fat 40:40:30 , ternyata sehari itu aq cuma konsumsi 185g karb, 65g protein, 45g fat. mestinya 200g karb, 150g protein, 67g fat. kurang semuanyaaah . . terutama protein. . hiks, . mesti nambahin banyak protein. . hai all...
aku baru ikut program dokter kurus di sunter, awalnya langsung dikasih tau hal ini.
prinsipnya ubah kebiasaan agar kita sadar berapa kalori yang masuk. dijatah, untuk makan pagi max 225 kalori. lunch max 450 kal. dst. gampang kok lama2 nemu pola nya.

Mmm counting macros. I had a bad, bad experience with it. After a few weeks on doing this, everything started to become just numbers to me. And eventually each day I wanted to lower the numbers...up to the point that my intake is negative (food intake - cals I burned during exercise)
And as far as I know gw bukan satu-satunya yg ketarik ke arah "situ". It's probably nothing just wanted to share here hehe. Losing weights for me is all about the math (and it worked like wonders) but I sacrificed my sanity for it. Hi all,
Gw baru2 ini ikut ketogenic diet jadi mulai hitung macro juga.
Macronya 75% fat, 25% protein, 5% carb dengan 1500 calories/day.
Nama App nya sih MyFitnessPal, di hp android.
Lumayan lah ngebantu banget nih app buat manage fat loss plan gw Hidden Content

@Hidden Content logikanya emg gitu, but in my case it was up to the point that I ate very little to nothing but exercise like crazy. Dampak fisiknya yg aku rasain ya iya sih bb turun tapi I was not happy at all, dampak psikologisnya gede sekali dan affect people around me as well. Kalo dampak fisik dr negative intake selain bb turun I'm not sure yah scientificnya apa, yg aku inget sih susah fokus dan lemes, terakhir bgt cek dokter masa itu kl ga salah gula darah rendah sekali. Kalo nggak salah sih pernah baca kalo tubuh nggak dinutrisi, dia akan memecah otot buat ngasih tenaga instead of dari lemak. In which yg mau diilangin kan lemak dong bukan otot Hidden Content

@Hidden Content i feel you.. aku jg pernah diet mati matian smpe hitungin smuanya.. akibatnya memang bb turun tpi jd pucet , grumpy, males ngmg dan ga enak deh dampak k kluarga dan teman2....skg bb naik lagi. tp happy dan sehat heheheh
