Sheila, pake sambelnya yg gula merah itu say, lagian kita kan bukan atlet yg semua asupannya bener2 kudu diperhatiin jadi ya sedikit longgar gw rasa gpp Hidden Content , diet ketat gw hanya pas bener2 mau turunin bb kok, kalo tinggal maintain gak saklek kayak dulu tapi tetap terkontrol Hidden Content

Sudah ada yg pernah coba oatmel cookies dari quaker oatmeal? Baruu aja gw beli tadi semua rasa yg da heheheh. Blm gw coba krn blm laper dan waktunya nyemil. Di label isi keterangan 1 bungkus kalorinya 132 kal isi 3 keping. Krn cemilan gw sekitar 100 kalorian, gw jadi mau nyemil 2 keping aja

Chantal... hahahahaha... bener bnget tuh... itulah sebabnya gw lebih memilih buah dan agar2 buatan sendiri (tentu saja rendah gula hihihi...). oya, gw pernah dikasih tau ama temen gw kalo sebaiknya jangan kebanyakan makan jelly ya soalnya bisa bikin sembelit kecuali doyan jelly sekaligus doyan air putih...

PreetyMe... kata temen gw *kebetulan dia ahli guzi* kalo makan jelly tetep kudu dibarengi asupan air putih yg banyak. jelly memang bagus dan bikin kenyang juga kaya serat (tapi jangan terlalu banyak gula juga ya). nah kebayang kan kalo doyan jelly tapi air putih minim? bisa2 si jelly bakal susah dicerna atau si serat itu malah anteng di dlm perut. kurleb, begitulah yg dijelasin ke gw. makanya gw juga beralih ke agar2...

Hmm, oatmeal cookies ada margarinnya nggak? Biasanya ditulis sebagai "hydrogenated vegetable oil" alias trans fat. Gue menghindari trans fat, bisa bikin pembuluh darah kaku. CMIIW.

Angelajess, hohoho bagi gw enak semua, lumajan buat variasi snack sehat. Ada 3 varian rasa, honey nuts, raisin sama apple & cinnamons ( ini yg menurut plg manis). Iya harganya lagi discount nih dari 2700 ke 2500 Hidden Content
Aibi, coba gw cek, Hmmm ga ada kayae, di sini adanya palm oil. Di packaging depannya tertulis (ketutup sama sticker bppom, ga tau kenapa di tutup ya). 1/3 less fat (than the leading cookie), no artificial falovors and 0% trans fat.
Gw tulisin ingredients rasa honey nuts ya : whole oats (whole oat flour, whole oat flakes), wheat flour, cane sugar, palm oil, egg, soluble fiber (inulin), wheat bran, coconut, leaveners, skim milk, peanut, soy lecithin, whey powder, almond, honey, iodized salt, natural flavors and silicon dioxide

Kemaren aku sempat iseng nyobain Fitbar, setelah baca informasi nilai gizi dan komposisinya langsung eneg. Yes, it doesn't contain transfat and yes it's only 110 calories BUT it's mainly just SUGAR. It has almost no real nutrients! 3 komposisi utamanya: rice crispy, gula, dan HIGH FRUCTOSE SYRUP. Yuck.
