    snack gw standar sih ya... cuma doyan buah, itupun gw batasin karena ada juga buah2an yg kurang aman selama diet. jadi ya gw cuma makan jeruk, pepaya, pir hijau dan apel (gw suka banget apel Washington yg imut2 itu tapi bikin kenyaannggggg...). kalo soyjoy, biskuit wrp gitu pernah nyoba nyomot punya temen tapi gw kurang suka...*lidah yang aneh. trus gw suka minun teh hijau pas snack time. rasanya enaaakkkk...

    umm... aku suka tuh soyjoy! Apalagi yg warna merah sama ungu... bahkan sampe aku post di blog segala. hehe Hidden Content tapi soyjoy itu option terakhir kalo misalnya udah nggak sempet nyiapin snack sendiri.

    yup intinya sih kalo buah yg manis2 gitu sebaiknya nggak dimakan lebih dari 2 takaran saji perhari (buat yg lagi mau nurunin berat badan ya, kalo beratnya udah ideal sih bisa lebih longgar lah takarannya). Inipun sebenernya tergantung dari kebutuhan kalori masing2 juga.

    Anyway, donat tuh camilan yg paling aku hindari! Udah banyak gulanya, digoreng pula. Hidden Content

    _noir, bikin sendiri Hidden Content makanya langsung aku link ke resepnya. Bahan2nya biasanya ada kok di carrefour tapi tahini yg langka. Jadi biasanya aku tambahin sedikit alpukat aja biar teksturnya lebih lembut. Intinya aku sok kreatif aja sih yg penting it tastes good to me yet it still qualifies as a healthy snack Hidden Content

    Mmm napa yg d pikiran gue pas baca snack sehat lgsg ke rumput laut yg si tao kae noi ya?
    Tapi rumput laut emang suka sih, segala merek Hidden Content
    Snack sehat lainnya edamame... Trus buah2an segala macam..
    Kalau soyjoy gue kurang suka aneh, yogurt yg activia leci Hidden Content
    Trus 1 lagi yg ga bisa berenti kl dah makan yaitu si roma gandum.. Enyaakkkkk
    Ga sehat jg ya snack gue kl kebanyakan -_-

    Cemilan sehat gw: buah seger (pepaya,apel,tomat,pisang,duren), crispy nori (lupa merknya), jus buah (tomat,jambu,strawberry), susu low fat, ager2 minim gula

    Aibi, raw nut itu mentah? Pake kacang jenis apa biasanya? Boleh nih dicoba. Gw kalo minum jus/makan buah/minum susu kenyang bentaran doank,trus laper lg, huhuuu

    keeps me full and helps me avoid craving for other kinds of sugar (worse type of sugar..)
    i don't do juices though, i prefer the fruits

    NNOOORRIII, rumput laut sukaaa
    yang garing macem tao kae noi juga sukaaaaaaaaaa hahahha

    peanuts.. i love nuts like almonds and walnuts, tapi calorie-wise karena bahaya.. dan very dense jadi batasin juga

    other snacks would be apa ya..

    ENERGY bars - tapi don't go overboard ya.. hahaha, pilih yg multi grain whole grain etc
    merk Go Natural enak tu

    trus.. mushroom chips! i like Oystos, don't go overboard juga hahaha karena ini di bumbuin mungkin ga healthy2 amat.. tapi calorie wise better than potato chips

    Cemilan sehat buat aku sih tao kae noi.. Seaweed snack aneka rasa itu.. Tapi sebenernya gak sehat2 juga sih ya, karena dia masih ada perasa buatannya juga semacem msg gitu..

    Akhir-akhir ini entah kenapa jadi jarang suka ngunyah buah padahal dulu suka nyari..jadi sekarang beralih ke jus. Healthy snack nya bukan dikunyah tapi diminum. Haha. Kalo emang pas pengen banget..larinya di toko beli biskuit yang sayur (walau ga bisa dibilang healthy sih tapi at least pilih yang berkalsium, dll. daripada ga dapet manfaat sama sekali). ;p

    healthy snacks sih segala macem buah2 an tapi yg bukan yg macem durian ama alpukat ya,trus agar2,edamame,rujak manis bumbunya pisah,colek2 dikit saja....
