    Slow motion elevated push up. Menurut gue lebih terasa di abs dibandingkan sit up atau plank.

    fav: bodypump, bodycombat, power yoga, pilates, E-HIIT di treadmill. Latihan2 itu dikombinasiin dalam seminggu.
    least fav: aerobic, RPM (selangkangannya sakit klo pake sepeda)

    paling seneng aerobic dan dance salsa, zumba, latin , combat jg, kalo dance fun banget buang kalori banyak. Kalo high impact gw paling suka deh, kalo kayak yoga gw ngantuk, abs jg susah bener badan ga lentur pdhl abs bisa ngebentuk body.

    My most efficient gerakan yoga:
    downward dog, caturangga, urdhva muka (upward dog), downward doh, side plank --> tone arms
    Boat pose --> strong core
    Headstand and shoulder stand --> increase concentration, strong core dan anti aging hehe

    Gw yoga freak hehehe

    sambil dengerin lagu sambil dance aja trus kebiasaan nonton tv sambil ngemil dikurangin, ganti sama apa gitu bersih-bersih kamar atau apalah hehehehe

    lagi cinta banget ama pose wheel pose.. udah dilakuin selama beberapa bulan terakhir, hasilnya bikin badan kenceng *mulai dari kaki sampe lengan...

    body combat ama body jump. sayang skrg gw pindah rumah di deket rumah fitness center ga ada body jump. Body jump berasa banget loh buat ngecilin perut 90% ilangin lemak di perut.

    Halo.. ikutan diskusi yaa.. kalau saya paling suka kelas hiphop..gara2 pengaruh nonton step-up kayanya sih. Tapi serius, ini sangat fun dan mengurangi gerakan saya yg sering aneh dan awkward.

    Selain itu saya suka body balance yg gabungan yoga pilates dan taichi. beneran bekerja utk body and mind sih insya Allah. Jadi lebih peaceful, perasaan saya sih gitu.
