    Gue plg suka treadmill. Biasa 45 mins. 10 mins warming up.. 20 mins running.. 15 mins cooling down.. kalo masih blm cape biasa gue susul dgn swimming after that hehehe Hidden Content tp udah 1.5 taun gue ga pernah workout or exercise.. malesss.. pdhl msh bnyk yg perlu dikecilin.. mau diet jg selalu gagal Hidden Content

    End up nya makan bnyk sampe2 kakak nya suami gue berkomentar kalo dia seumur idup blm pernah liat cewe yg makannya lbh bnyk dr gue... ngeri kali dia liat nya hauhuahuha Hidden Content wah, kok malah jd curhat :P

    Menurut gue bersih-bersih rumah. I just lost 3kg in 2 weeks. *imbas nggak ada pembokat juga sih..*

    Dancing atau jalan kaki oke juga sih..

    yang paling efficient kayaknya dynamic yoga moves. jadi kalo pas bener2 serius latiannya, keringetannya bisa sama kayak lari2 di treadmil 40 menit.

    my least favourite: angkat beban ... malesshh berat sih

    Yang paling cucok kayanya cardio dey...Body combat juga membakar lemak buanget siy, cuma ngos2annya gak tahan, mana abis itu pegel2 Hidden Content Body Pump juga ok, cuma suka keteteran pas ngikutin itungannya, terutama pas pegel tak tertahankan. Mendingan latihan beban sendiri deh, lebih konsen n gak pake malu2in Hidden Content

    paling enak, gue sering ngerjainnya kalo lagi santai (dan kalo lagi inget heuheuheu). Terus ngitungnya juga sembarang.. Minimal 10 kali tiap kali gue sit-up. Kadang2 gue sehari bisa sampe 50-an, kadang lebih, tapi dicicil. Perut jadi kenceng dan rata nggak sampe seminggu Hidden Content

    Dulu gue pas masih tinggal di Eropa juga jalan melulu, betis gue jadi kenceng Hidden Content

    RPM, combat, and pump (favs!!)

    Least fav apa yah? gue ga gitu suka weight training sendiri sih yg pake alat2 atau free weight gitu. Enakan ikut body pump, ada instructornya jadi ga takut salah.

    paling efektif buat saya mesin stepper. yang gerakannya seperti naik tangga, dan beraaatttt sekali digerakkan... dalam 30an menit bisa membakar 1000 kalori, dan terasa kakinya benar2 dilatih Hidden Content
    tips nya : injak injakan mesinnya sampai pol, jangan sedikit2.. dijamn dlaam bbrp menit keringat langsung mengalir deras, hehehe

    paling tidak efektif : apa yaaa, kyknya ga ada, hehehe

    biasa dalam seminggu bisa yoga, aerobic N angkat beban(pembentukan tubuh)...
    yg aku suka seh aerobic N yoga, lau angkat beban cape bangett
    .
