    hoo iya sih emang pas ngetes di gym pake baju lengkap gitu dan udah sore juga.. eh mungkin juga sih pas ukur2 pake measuring tape nahan perut, makanya jauh banget hasil ukur di gym sama ukur sendiri..

    gara2 tret ini baru tau kalo waktu ngukur ngaruh juga.. nanti kapan2 cobain ngetes pagi2 ah..

    Iyaaakk tullll jgn patokan ma berat badan ah... Kl pake itungan berat, gue beratny 56 koma sekian sekian, body fat percentage masih 26% seh.. stress kl mikir berat banget timbangan gue, pengennya bisa jadi 49kg gitu

    wulan... yg kebayang di otak gw saat liat hasil itung2an dan chartnya bodyfat adalah "bok, lemak gw numpuk!" (apalagi liat ada di zona rada2 merah gitu wkwkwkwkwk...). utk saat ini gw bisa exercisenya yoga doang sih, itupun dilakuin malem2 pas semua udah bobo. hmmm... mungkin nanti gw coba cari2 exercise selingan...
    novnov.. alamaaakkkk... kalo liat body lu, gw udah yakin itu cakep banget. keren deh angka bodyfat lu.
    gw baru awal tahun ini pake baju size M dan baru sebulanan deh bisa pake jeans size 28 *kesian bener yak gw, hihihihi.. makanya lagi usaha keras utk ngembaliin body...*semangat, semangat, semangaaattt...

    Wulan, kalau dr pengalaman tubuh gw sendiri, emang bmi 25 utk ukuran indonesia msh overweigt lumayan, jadi kalau gw bmi 23 baru batas aman healthy dan overweight. Ukuran bmi biasanya ga reliable buat org2 yg intensitas olahraga dan angkat bebannya lumajan sering, krn massa ototnya gaeda. Makanya gw jg setuju utk ngurangin body fat ini. Skrg ini gw blm ukur lagi, sktar 1 bln yg lalu sat gw mulai diet body fat gw 30, hiks Hidden Content .

    Kalau boleh usul sekalian ada thread lemak darah jg, krn ini lbh bahaya lagi. Lemak darah sprti kadar kolesteol, ldl, hdl yg pengaruh bgt sama pola makan kita. Kalau body fat itu kan lemk bawah kulit yg dihilangkan dgn exercise. Jadi sehatny holistik. Saran aja yaaa. Krn ada temen, bb langsing, body fat kecil tapu lemak darah tinggi bgt, kata dokter justru memacu resiko jantung koroner. Kalau gw kebalik, body fat tinggi, kolesteol, ldl normal alias pola makan bagus tp emang jarang olahraga Hidden Content ? CMIWW

    zanee, that's the spirit! Hidden Content Gue sih prioritasnya gini: 1. Healthy, 2. Strong (makanya gue strong proponent untuk lift heavy weights), 3. Bonus: slim.

    Pappi, I think I have mentioned it somewhere that BMI is not applicable for athletes and bodybuilders sih. When you say "ukuran orang Indonesia", maksudnya gimana? Kalo kita shorter dari caucasians sih bener, tapi kan BMI juga take into account height, jd ya applicable aja. Kalo BMI normal = orang indonesia tetep lumayan overweight, maksudnya tetep kelihatan gemuk? Ya menurut gue sih, mungkin-mungkin aja. Tergantung persepsi masing-masing how slim is slim. But that is one thing we want emphasize here: we embrace body shape and be healthy. Langsing secara estetika kan tergantung goal masing-masing. Yg penting healthy zone dulu, baru focused improvements, spt di body fat, strength, dll.

    Kalo lemak darah mungkin lebih cocok di sub-forum Health Problems kali ya, krn itu lebih ke general health (sebangsa dengan kolesterol, gula darah gitu2 kan), dan not necessarily weight loss.

    mamul, I think M and size 28 are good! Lo mau size berapa emang? Segitu mah bagus atuh. I don't strive for S krn gue tau diri, bust gue paling juga nyangkut. Gue dulu waktu lost 18 Kg, ukuran lingkar turun 1 ukuran, tapi cup nya enggak, zzz...

    aibi, gue nemu nih age-adjusted body fat %. I think it's still very close to the general classification table, unless you are over 40 yo.

    Hikss.....gue stresss! Tadi baru sesi pertama dengan PT dan diukur doong segala berat badan, BMI dan body fat percentage. BMI sih masih di ideal range, tapi body fatnya sungguh mengagetkan karena gue ternyata body fat percentage gue diukur dengan timbangan itu 32.4% Hidden Content . Diukur pake skinfold juga masuk kategori poor Hidden Content patah hati gueee.....Hidden Content . Emang makan apa aja siihh bisa segitu banyak fatnya Hidden Content


    lan gue nggak ngerti itu yang range untuk perempuan kok percentage healthy range, overweight sama obesenya angkanya ngebingungin sih?

    Kayanya sih, kalo >40, batas nya jadi naik 3% (e.g., 23-27% for fit level)

    ikut2an ngukur dan belon2 udah patah hati soalnya hari gini (persis 8w post labour) pastinya gelambir perut + mekarnya hip ya masi nongkrong disitu laaa Hidden Content
    jadi keganggu ga sih akurasi itungannya kalo deket2 labour?
    for info, pre pregnancy gue size 27 levis, sekarang 30-31. utk size baju ga ada perubahan samsek tetep S size VS, ato mungkin sekitar 6-8 even during pregnancy.

    pas baca postingan mbc, baru ngeh kalo bodynya wulan mantap sangat. masih jauh gw...
    gw memang merasa masih lebar sih. setelah gw telusuri ternyata ada di bahu gw yg lebar dan dada gw yg lebar juga.hahahaha...

    jadi sekarang gw fokus exercise saja laaaaa... turun kiloan ngga dipikirin dulu. balik lagi dapet sehatnya dulu.hihihihi... sementara ini, puas2in dulu ama size M dan size 28 *ngga tau juga kalo ke depannya pengen turunin kiloan lagi wkwkwkwwk... thnx utk masukannha yaaaa...

    kirana, gue belum pernah hamil, jd gue ga tau persis. Tapi kalo ukuran mu skrg segitu, then it is what it is. Gapapa, menurut gue baseline ukuran bukan masalah. Again, it is what it is. Kan tinggal di improve aja.

    wulan... haiyaaaaa... lu mah merendahkan diri but meninggikan mutu wkwkwkwkwk... asli gw suka liat body lu. cakep kenceng. pas!
    gw dapet bahu lebar karena berenang. enam tahun saat remaja dulu gw kudu berenang supaya bengek gw ilang. jadilah body gw lebar *laki gw bilang dada gw bidang, hiks...
    gw bakal lebih semangat utk olahraga. niatnya minggu depan gw bantu pake diet low karbo. goalnya.. uhm.. turun satu persen kali ya...
    *butuh waktu berapa lama, dunno... usaha dulu aja deh..
