    Wulan, gw pernah duh mandek aja gitu beratnya gak mau turun2 bangsa seons pun, dan dikasih tips untuk naikin dulu bangsa 1 or 2 kilo , habis itu baru diet lagi and sakses neik merangkak ke kiri lagi jarum timbangan Hidden Content
    Nah sekarang penasaran mau nurunin 2 or 3 kiloan lagi, Dan susah bokkkk turunnya, minggu lalu sengaja gw makan gila2an, olahraga gak sekenceng biasanya, 2 hari ini mulai diet ketat and olahraga kenceng lagi, gw pengen liat Aja masih bagus gak kalo gw balikin ke berat badan semasa gadis hehehehe

    Aaaa...Senangnya ada thread ini...
    Aku termasuk yg sukses diet,setidaknya dimata orang2 sekitarku,keliatan hasilnya.
    Tadinya beratku 53kg dgn tinggi 153cm... *super chubby*
    Saat kerja,aku mulai diet.Dgn segala cara,akupuntur,mesoterapi...dan yg paling ampuh yaah mengatur pola makan.Dan dalam waktu 4bln turun 8kg jd 45.
    Sebenernya pengen ngurangin jd 43,tinggi badan dikurang 110...Tapiii,sejak berat badan 45 kayanya stuck disitu aja.Kayanya susah bgt mau nurunin 2 kg aja..Padahal pola makanku masih pola makan diet,dan skrg malah ikutan fitness...Latihannya pun masih didominasi cardio,belum ke pembentukan otot.
    Any idea,teman2?

    SilverToeShoes, formula berat ideal = tinggi-110 itu ga akuratnya mentok lah... Masa kalo tinggi 150 cm dan tinggi 175 cm sama-sama dikurangin 110? Secara proporsi aja beda. Dengan tinggi 153 cm dan berat 45 Kg, BMI lo 19.22, udah normal-rendah. Kalo lo 43, BMI lo jadi 18.37, itu underweight. Kita sih ga promote FDer jadi underweight... Mendingan ga usah liat timbangan lagi, fokus ke exercise aja, be lean and toned, be stronger and build stamina & endurance. I seriously think you belong more to the exercise or nutrition threads, and not weight loss threads, because you don't need to lose any more.

    SilverToeShoes : krn kita diciptakan sebagai makhluk yg paling pintar beradaptasi supaya selalu survive.
    Jadi tiap tubuh diberi stress, dalam hal ini asupan kalori & workout yg intens, tubuh langsung adaptasi utk ngirit ngeluarin cadangan energi (lemak). CMIIW.

    novnov.. ripiu yeee maakk... gw juga mau nurunin 2 kilo *cuma dua kilo tapi ampun nampak mandeg... meski dulu instruktur yoga gw bilang body bakal stop nurunin timbangan jiks sudah ideal *tapi tetep gw berhasrat pengen stay di angka 55 kg, huhuhu...

    kayaknya gw plateu juga nih hahaha...

    SilverToeShoes, boleh baca ini nih: Hidden Content . Kayanya sih kalo yg dari gue mengerti, lo hit plateau krn badan lo udah adapt well sama physical activity dan pola makan sehari-hari. Jadi strategi yg digunakan untuk nurunin berat pada awal-awalnya ga seefektif dulu lagi. Atau ya, sebenernya berat ideal lo ya segitu.. Tapi kan komposisinya lebih penting daripada angka. Kalo berat sama tapi lean mass (muscle) nambah, ya ga masalah.

    Secara BMI sih udah ideal, tapi wkt ngukur body fat pake timbangan digital hasilnya 32% saja *nangis kenceng*

    Jadi bagaimana cara atur pola makan buat nurunin body fat ini ya?
    Olahraga so far bisa bisa skipping dan angkat beban di rmh Hidden Content

    Sama kayak SilverToeShoes, kdg gw juga merasa masi gendat (terutama bag perut, paha dan lengan), tapi mau nurunin beratbadan susah bener.
    Udah stuck.
    Tapi klo ga jaga asupan, naiknya cepet bener.

    chantal, cep cep... jangan nangis dong, kan beratnya udah ideal, hehehehe... I think you're taking the right route dengan olahraga dan angkat beban. Mungkin intensitasnya yg dinaikin? Disini banyak bener seasoned exerciser, kamu coba tengok thread situ aja. Pelan2 pasti turun, tapi nurunin body fat kan lebih susah drpd berat semata (cie).

    chantal, body fat itu basically persen lemak tubuh dari total berat. Jadi, ya itu proporsi/persentasi. Kalo kamu di berat yg sama, tapi lean mass kamu nambah, massa body fat pasti turun. 1 kg body fat sama berat nya dengan 1 kg lean mass/muscle. Tapi lean mass menyita tempat lebih sedikit, jadi biarpun kamu beratnya ga berubah, tapi pasti lebih kenceng.

    chantal : IMO good diet tu harus kalau mau body fat berkurang. Kalau beratmu dah pas mungkin bulking dulu aja jd latihan beban yg diperbanyak. Nanti kan otot nambah otomatis berat nambah baru cutting pake cardio. CMIIW.

    Nice, ada thread ini jadi semangat loosing 3 kgs to reach 55 kg. Sekarang aku 58 kg dengan tinggi 159 cm, BMI nya 22,7. Belum ngitung body fat nih, terakhir awal tahun waktu join fitness sih di atas 30% Hidden Content Keep the useful info going ya ladies... Hidden Content

    3 hari nyoba food combining, berat turun dari 59,9 kg ke 59,3 kg. Body fat jadi 30,1%.
    Targetnya sih 57 kg, body fat 30%, mudah2an bisa.
    Semangat teman2...
