    Hi!

    Thread FD Weightwatchers yang lama kita tutup dan kita pecah dua. After a close observation, we would like to provide a thread especially untuk FDers who just need to lose those few, stubborn kilograms! Biasanya, sudah masuk ke healthy weight range BMI 18.5-25, tapi mungkin masih di upper range of the spectrum. We want to facilitate your discussion specifically. Also, please consider visiting our other threads under Exercise and Nutrition.

    halo, wulan... makasih banget udh dibuka tret ini ya... barusan gw ceki2 bmi gw dan masih ada dibawah angka 22...
    bb gw stabil d angka 57-58 kg. tinggi badan gw 168cm. kalo di bb ideal, kata dokter harusnya gw ada di antara 56-58kg, tapi paling oke di angka 56.
    jadi gw kepengen nurunin kiloan lagi. niatnya mulai minggu depan. oya, tapi gw mau konsul dulu ama dsa my baby. soalnya kan pas gw overweight (ada di angka 72 kilo), dia yg bantu atur pola makan gw. nah yg sekarang gw mau konsul lagi beliau.
    ntar gw share lagi setelah ketemu dsa baby gw yak...

    Nah kalo thread yang ini, bisa juga buat target, maksudnya kalo my BMI udah dibawah 25 berarti bisa jadi member disini.. Jadi ngurangin 4 kilo dari sekarang..

    mamul, kalo elo udah BMI 22 kan udah ok bgt tuh. Udah pernah ngukur body fat percentage? Gue skrg goal nya ga pake berat, tapi body fat %, dan lg plateauing dengan suksesnya hiks. DSA lo ok dong, bisa bantu atur pola makan segala. Byk bgt yg tertarik soal pola makan, apalagi kalo udah deket sama target gini, makin susah yak mau nurunin walau hanya 1-2 kilo lagi...

    wulan... belom pernah ngukur bodyfat. barusan ceki2 lagi ke link bmi yg elu kasih. itu beneran ya pergelangan tangan dimasukin ke perhitungan utk ngukur bodyfat? jadi pinggang, pinggul, pergelangan tangan dan lengan? bener ga ya? iyaaaa... susah bener nurunin kiloan. sebelum di bb sekarang, gw ada di angka 60 dan butuh waktu hampir sebulan nurunin kiloannya.
    kayaknya dsa baby gw itu bengong liat gw yg udah sebelas bulan nyusuin si kecil tapi bbnya stuck di 72 hahahaha... makanya dibantu atur pola makan ama dia. trus disuruh exercise tiap hari. kebetulan gw pilih yoga jadi kayaknya aman utk dilakuin tiap hari...
    quina... ayo semangaatttt... bener juga ya.. jadiin tret ini sebagai target...

    mamul, perhitungan body fat percentage banyak method nya. Yg gue pake kebetulan ada parameter wrist and neck (US Navy formula). Coba ke Hidden Content - disini banyak macem2 formula. Gue biasanya ngukur pagi-pagi, bangun tidur, setelah first pee in the morning.

    He2, tengkyu banget ya wulan. Dulu wkt post gue blm cukup buat buka thread baru, gue ngusulin buat buka thread ttg plateau Hidden Content
    Memang kalau berat badan krg dikit yg hrs diturunkan, rata2 plateau deh.
    Abis ubek2 Hidden Content & Hidden Content , caranya ya tetap diet sambil exercise.

    Oya, tinggi gue 158 cm, berat 59,9 kg, body fat 30,4%, BMI 24. Target nggak muluk2, cuma pengen berat 57 kg, body fat < 30%. Tp mau target segitu aja kok ya susah banget mencapainya, jadi curcol, he2..
    Jadi sekarang lagi menikmati prosesnya biar nggak stress liat timbangan lama banget geser ke kiri Hidden Content

    Gue sbnrnya udah ga pegangan sama scale lagi, lebih pegangan sama measuring tape skrg. Tapi ya gitu deh, dua2nya plateauing!

    Gue banyak baca soal breaking plateau. Specific methods nya banyak sekali yah... Dari yg intermittent fasting, sampe ke makan extra banyak for 2 days, terus diet ketat (at BMR caloric intake), to taking a break from exercising for a week.

    Gue belum banyak cobain sih, tapi biasanya temanya berbagai metode ini sama: shake up your routine. Kalo biasa cardio 3 hari, weights 3 hari, cobain 1-2 minggu cardio only atau weights only. Gue skrg lagi coba breaking plateau dgn weights, krn gue abis selesin program intense cardio for 9 weeks. Semoga berhasil dehhh

    Tadi baru baca dr majalah bulanan mlm amway ada ttg bmi, d blg yg normal bmi angka tertingginya 23
    D atas itu trmasuk overweight
    Pas nemu ni forum jd lega
    Sekarang lg diet, tp mulai mandek ga turun2 lg
    Sblm diet bmi 25
    Skrg bmi 23.05
    Tinggi 160
    Berat 59
    Mg2 masi bisa turunin lg, minimal dipertahanin
    Dietnya lebih jaga ke pola makan sih sejauh ini
    Besok2 mo tambahin olahraga biar +sehat Hidden Content

    Wahhh, senang ada thread ini. Gw tinggi 159 cm, berat 58-59 kg, BMI 23. Body fat nya nyusul, malem-malem susah cari meteran Hidden Content Targetnya pengen nurunin sampai 55 kg, tapi ngeliat diskusi di sini mau buat target body fat juga... Keep the useful info going ya ladies...

    Gue lagi mikir apa perlu kita buka thread baru untuk body fat percentage yah, soalnya emang itu parameter yang beda sih dengan BMI, dan kalo non-athlete, biasanya BMI nya udah on lower half of the healthy weight range. Jadi emang next step setelah BMI udah dalam range normal, baru abis itu ngejar ke body fat %... Hmmmm....

    Btw, gue nambahin gambar soal BMI dan Body Shape. As added reference aja..

    Apalagi byk yg komen kalau dah keliatan kurusan, makin semangat deh.. Hidden Content
