    q yg temasuk bmi > 25, sekitar sebulan yg lalu, diet+ exercise bareng temen2 fd, bb 75 kg, tb 165 cm.. skrg dah nyampe da angka 71 kg,
    mulai besok rencananya mau ganti nasi putih dg oatmeal, mudah2an bantu nurunin kolesterol juga... dah dari hari minggu kmrn nyoba makan oatmeal+sayur+lauk, ternyata enak juga... bikin kenyang lbh lama.. Hidden Content

    Poe, gue former BMI > 25. Tinggi gue 160cm, beratnya 72 Kg. Dulu turun mostly krn mulai jaga makan, jadi mudah2an kamu ada hasilnya yah. Kl menurut gue sih pasti ada hasilnya, soalnya better eating contributes a lot to long-term weight loss

    sebenernya ga nyangka juga kalo sebulan nie berhasil turun 4 kg, seneng banget... senengnya lagi bisa turun ga pake obat/pil, cukup dg diet + olahraga aja... berkat temen2 fd yg weightloss bareng, jadi semangaaattt... Hidden Content

    Aku tunjuk jari jeng wulan, BMI ku lebih dari 25, tinggi 150, berat 60, jadinya setelah diitung-itung BMI ku 26 koma sekian
    Ini sih mayan turun dari 62..target BMI 23 ajah..

    Wah,ada juga thread ini...saya juga tinggi 165 cm bb sekarang masih 79 kg. Udah turun 5 kilo dgn pengaturan makan. 2 tahun yg lalu sempat ke dokter gizi & diberi petunjuk diet & sempet turun 12kg. Tapi sekali lepas langsung merangkak naik ke awal2 mula. Baju masih pake UK16 nih tapi udah longgar. Moga2 bisa turun ke UK14 dalam waktu dekat.Target size UK10. It's still a long way for me. Semangat juga buat semua Hidden Content

    Poe, gue sempet tempted bgt utk kurus pake pil dan suntik, dan actually pernah nyoba (suntik mesotherapy). Memang turun sih dikit, tapi dibanding cost dan waktu yg udah di spend, menurut gue pribadi ga worth it. Apalagi kita ga tau persis isinya apa dan efek jangka panjangnya gimana. Wkt turun dengan better eating dan olahraga malah seger bgt, badan ringan dan mood pun bagus.

    quina, skrg BMI 26, dikit lagi dong ke 25, yg semangat yaaahh...

    MissJC, hebat udah bisa turun 5 kilo! Gapapa merangkak dari awal, asal hasilnya tahan bagus dan tahan lama, ya ga?

    @Wulan, Thank you..iya kalo pelan malah bisa stay..yang turunnya cepet itu yg bahaya malah...2 minggu belakangan ini rajin minum teh hijau sehabis makan siang. Bisa jadi tips nih buat yg lagi diet.

    Gw jg msh masuk BMI > 25. Tb 160 bb 66 kg, walaupun mendekati bmi 25 tapi dari penamakan body blm ok maybe krn gw model bodynya geda dibawah. Sejak awal ikut forum fd bb gw dah turun 4 kg dlm 1 bulan lebih bbrp hari ini. Pure only diet and exercise. Alahmdulilah blm pernah coba obat2an, suntik atau extra utk ngurusin badan. Paling banter minum teh hijau yg biasa ada dipasaran but bukan teh jadi, akibatnya gw dehidrasi krn teh hijau sifatnya diuretik en gw lupa minum byk air putih akibatnya ada kristal dlm air pipis, so stop deh minum teh hijau.

    Poe, coba deh nasi putih ganti ke nasi merah. Gw selau baw bekel nasi merah utk lunch di kantor. Biasanya kalau di rumah ga ada lauk, nasi merah dan sayur pasti selalu gw bawa dari rumah utk unch, lauknya gw biasa beli ikan bakar atau pepes

    Pappi, dirimu ternyata masuk di ruang ini...hiks, tapi kan tinggal dikit di angka 25...
    Kalo teh hijau, aku minum tiap sore, kadang malah lebih dari sekali sehari, pas di kantor sama sore/malem. Tapi kalo minum airnya banyak kan nggak papa kan ya?
    Kalo beras merah pengen nyoba sih, tapi males kalo masak cuman buat aku, itu masaknya gimana? Samakah dengan kalo masak nasi putih? Aku masak pake rice cooker sih..

    Quina, kalau minum teh hijau plus byk air putih gapapa, malah bagus. Masalahnya gw di kantor suka lupa kalau minum teh hijau, apalagi ber ac jadi merasa ga haus padahal gw dehidrasi, skrg sudah normal.
    Eh barusan gw dari c4 ketemu oatmeal cookie dari quaker oats, ditagnya katanya new product, lsg deh gw beli utk variasi cookiesnya dari wrp. 1 bungkus isi 3 cookies, total jalori 132, berarti sekali cemil cukup 2 keping aja, mudah2an enuks. Gw ga bisa ngga nyemil pas diet
    quina, bmi gw emang mendekati 25, tp gw baca2, utk batasan bmi 25 cucoknya utk org bule, kalau gw sendiri batas aman bmi 23 baru keliatan normal sprti bmi 25, so msh hrs turun 11 lg, msh jauuh, jd gw teteup stay di thread ini dulu

    Beras merah gw pake rice cooker mini kapasitas 1/2 liter, jadi cuma buat gw aja masaknya heheheh

    That the conventional wisdom of 3,500 calories less is what it takes to lose a pound of weight is wrong. The body changes as you lose. Interestingly, we also found that the fatter you get, the easier it is to gain weight. An extra 10 calories a day puts more weight onto an obese person than on a thinner one.

    Also, there’s a time constant that’s an important factor in weight loss. That’s because if you reduce your caloric intake, after a while, your body reaches equilibrium. It actually takes about three years for a dieter to reach their new “steady state.” Our model predicts that if you eat 100 calories fewer a day, in three years you will, on average, lose 10 pounds — if you don’t cheat.

    Another finding: Huge variations in your daily food intake will not cause variations in weight, as long as your average food intake over a year is about the same. This is because a person’s body will respond slowly to the food intake.
