    @Hidden Content untuk pemula lbh baik mulai dari yg kecil dulu misalnya 1 atw 2 Kg bisa dipake utk latihan tiap hari ngencangin area dada dan lengan. Next bisa naik ke ukuran 3 Kg utk otot lengan😁
