    selama 3bulan gym,benefitnya:
    - lbih percaya diri (baju" jdi enak dilihat klo dipake skrg)
    - nafasnya ga ngos"an
    - bisa belanja trus hahahaa (kalap belanja gara" lingkar pinggang kecilan) hahaha

    benefit nya buat gue :

    - turun 23kg dalam setahun.. lumayan tp hasilnya oks bgt lah. slow but sure..
    - of course lebih pd yak..krn bdn udah langsingan heheh
    - bener kata Hidden Content , jadi blenjong teruuus gara2 lingkar2 berangsurr mengeciil eheheh..
    - gak gampang capek dan ngos2an kalo naik tangga

    dnissa... setujjuuuu.. toket mengecil hahahaha... tadinya pake 36C (sempet mikir ukuran toket segini udah "kodrat" menjadi emak). tapi pas rajin olahraga, beuh, turun sampe di size sekarang 32B meski kaitannya masih kaitan luar hehehehe... Plus payudara lebih kencang (lupakan mitos yg mengatakan ibu menyusui pasti payudaranya turun dan ga bisa balik lagi, hahahaha...)

    momo_rlee... rumusnya sederhana, makan sehat yg bergizii+olahraga. olahraga dan makan sehat itu jurus jitu utk yg mau naikin kiloan atau yg nurunin kiloan. karena pada dasarnya olahraga itu membentuk otot tubuh. kalo kita overweight, olahraga bakal menaikkan massa otot+membakar cadangan lemak. utk yg underweight, massa otot yg dinaikin. so, met olahraga yaaaa

    semenjak olahraga, (suka pasang surut sih, rajin bolos rajin bolos)
    tapi udah tekad mau rutinin.
    semenjak olahraga badan jadi lebih enteng, kalo maka jd mikir dulu efeknya ke badan, lebih ramping dan berbentuk pastinya.
    cuma kalo bolos lama langsung ilang lg deh

    squats, gilee baru masuk 2 minggu dari 30days squats challenge. I feel my *ss grow hahahaha Hidden Content but its true, tambah keangkat dan berasa padat. I still have 2 weeks to go.. cheer up,ladies..

    Manfaat exercise yg gw rasakan:
    Yg pasti daya tahan tubuh meningkat, jadi ga gampang masuk angin.
    Trus tidur juga lbh enak.

    yoga oke bgt overall dibanding exercise2 cardio spt rpm or combats or muay thai dll. badan lbh toned, lentur dan postur badan terkoreksi. it becomes a self habit correcting my posture after doing yoga for a while. bagus utk jangka panjang dan segala umur jg.

    after kurleb 6bln olahraga rutin, akhirnya td pagi br gw sadari klu tangan gw more toned, perut muncul bbrp "pack" nya, glute, & thigh udh toned bgt. pantesan pas kebaktian bbrp hr lalu kok bajunya longgar bgt..?? bener2 ga nyadar bgt gw ini... klu ga dikshtw hubby.. #geleng2#
    somehow gw mw ngukur kadar lemak/bodyfat gw. mdh2an udh dbwh 15% (hopefully)
    overall...gw seneng sih! hehehe....

    aku lumayann sering renang 1 minggu 1x.. kadang 2 minggu 1x
    benefit nya : badanku jd lebih kenceng enteng... plus dulu SMA aku agakk bungkuk. sekarang bahuku berasa ketarik gag keliatan bungkuk lagi.

    ikutan komen ahhh

    benefitnya adalah
    1. stamina jauh lebih manteb
    2. blood pressure normal, sebelon work out blood pressure standar saya 140/100 >.<
    3. jantung lebih sehat
    4. lebih seksoy, badan kenceng ga belepotan kemana mana.
    5. badan lebih fit jadi lebih jarang sakit.
    6. badan jadi lebih enteng.

    pokonya manfaat work out buat saya tuh berasa banget di kehidupans ehari hari..

    Ibuk-ibuk yang sudah merasakan benefitnya, itu olahraga yang dilakukan jenisnya apa aja?
    Dan seberapa sering dilakukan?

    Klo ng-gym kan banyak pilihan kelasnya tuh, dan tanpa PT apakah kita bisa ya ngebentuk badan lebih toned? Asal rajin ngikutin kelas yg ada?

    Baru sebulanan ini rutin jogging pagi, manfaat yang udah dirasakan :
    - badan jadi ringan, bisa lebih banyak beraktivitas
    - stamina bertambah, sekarang bisa lari 2x lipat jarak yang bisa ditempuh saat awal mulai latihan dulu
    - baju dan celana terasa lebih longgar, meskipun timbangan belum berkurang banyak
    - makan lebih terkontrol, ogah rugi udah capek-capek exercise terbuang percuma dg konsumsi makanan atau minuman yang high calories
    - punya hobi baru hunting ke bagian sportwear kalau ke mall, padahal biasanya jarang melirik bagian itu
