    Benefitnya selama 5 bulan workout:
    - jadi lebih seger
    - bau badan ilang (bener kata FernandoSucre di page 2)
    Cuma masih pengen punya angan-angan, workout ga sampe keluar keringet. Artinya fat mass nya rendah, soalnya sekarang masih keringetan kuyup nih, sampe klo PT gue pegang badan gue (misal tangan) buat benerin posisi, guenya teriak "pake handuk dulu, lagi keringetan nih" mksdnya gue yg dihandukin dulu (tangannya) ha ha

    Sehatttttt,, badan jadi ringan abis.
    Tidur jadi teratur karena capek, secara biasanya begadang melulu.
    Muka jadi lebih fresh, tidak kuyu. Jadi lembab dan ga kering lagi.
    Nafas jadi lebih panjang dan ga ngos ngosan
    Mood jadi happy karena seneng bisa beli baju olahraga warna warni (maap OOT) hihi

    Ktemu terus ya kita di thread exercise. Asik ada temen nih jadinya.. Hihihi.. Baru tau aku klo ga eringet itu fat mass nya rendah ya. Hmmmm nice inpoh!

    - badan ringan, jalan atau lari2 lebih enteng aja
    - sakit kepala dan masuk angin jadi jarang
    - badan seger ga pegel2 walo banyak duduk
    - badan jadi kenceng yg pasti yah

    Ha ha iyaaa.. Kita workout mulu, ketemunya jg di thread sini muluuu..
    Iya nih aku taunya karena waktu nemenin PTku latian, dia kok ga keringetan, ya paling lembab gitu, tapi ga sampe ngucur, tnyata ya emang fat massnya uda rendah.
    Well, kecuali emang cairan tubuhnya beda (genetik) ya itu beda masalah jg sih.

    Dan bener sih benefit exercise, jadi ada alesan buat beli baju olahraga yg lucu2 Hidden Content

    exercize selama beberapa bulan :
    - badan lbh kenceng
    - berat badan turun 11.5 kilo
    - jerawat punggung berangsur menghilang
    - tidur nyenyak (awal2 workout ga bisa tidur)
    - nafas lbh panjang
    - muka berseri

    Benefit yg jelas kerasa, jadi lebih gampang tidur di mlm hari. Malah kalo gak work out itu yang berasa jadi capek n loyo. Plus more toned arms and legs, and buttocks Hidden Content (loh bellynya kemana???)

    -hampir ngga pernah sakit

    Benefitnya exercise: enak di badan, jadi seger, tidur lebih nyenyak juga, mood lebih stabil.. Tapi masih tetep ga kuat jalan jauh, otot belum lentur & kadang masih suka kram di jari kaki pas exercise.. (ga tau kenapa).. o ya gue baru mulai olahraga lagi sekitar 1 bulan belakangan sih, seminggu 3x tapi sempet break juga pas sakit..

    Benefit excercise rutin selama 1 taon 3 bulan

    1. BB trn 14 kg
    2. Badan lebih fit (biarpun lom msk BB ideal), fresh
    3. Badan atas n bawah mulai seimbang ( karena body aku modelnya badan atas lebih besar dr badan bawah )
    4. Gak Gampang stress ( kalo udah pusing sama kerjaan, maksain ajah WO, plg WO lebih fresh)
    5. Lebih nyaman dengan body sendiri

    dulu smpt pk PT (turun 11 kg dlm 4 bln), trus brenti n naik gila2an, skrg 2 bln trakhir mulai rajin lg exercise sndiri di gym aja. Dlm 2 bulan berat turun 4 kg (fat % jg turun tp cm 2.1% dikit bgt si), perut/pinggang jd lbh kecil dikit :P , bbrp pakaian ikutan longgaran hehe...
    terutama si jd lbh enak tidurnya n lbh cepat, dan ngrasa lbh sehat, fit, fresh, and lbh kuat Hidden Content
    yg plg seneng, bahu mulai meramping dikit lah Hidden Content

    dah 8 bulan fitness sendiri di rumah pake dvd. benefitnya:
    - ga gampang naik berat badannya
    - badannya jd kenceng
    - jelas beratnya turun n' lebih sehat
    - otomatis makannya jd ikut kejaga
