    Benefit di aku: stamina lebih bagus, kalo naek turun tangga atau jalan yg jauh ngak cepet ngos-ngosan gitu...

    gw ada penyakit sinusitis, dan tiap kali sering kena flu berat dan harus langsung antibiotik
    akhirnya disuru rutin olahraga, hasilnya sekarang lebih jarang kena flu.
    dulu bisa 2 bulan sekali yang sekarang setaun paling 1-2 kali Hidden Content

    setelah setahun exercise di rumah, meski 15 menit doang...

    -langsing, size fit di s dan celana fit di size 8

    -jarang sakit.

    -bangun lagi lebih berenergi, ga males atau pegel2 lagi.

    -tidur lebih nyenyak.

    -energi lebih banyak meski siang hari panas banget.

    -kulit jadi kenyal, badan makin kenceng, perut cukup rata meski ga sixpack amat

    -jarang jerawatan, haid lancar dan ga pernah lagi merasa ngga nyaman/kram perut saat haid.

    -mood selalu bagus

    -best at the bed

    paprika : bener ! gw dulu 10 taon yg lalu kena sinusitis udah dioperasi blom sembuh2 juga, eh olahraga secara rutin langsung sembuh tuh sinus.

    benefit yg gw rasain yah:
    1. Good Mood. Habis exercise rasa nya happy bangetttt keluar dari gym
    2. Ilangin stress
    3. Maintain body shape krn exercise burn calories dari apa yg kita makan. Ga nimbun lemak.
    4. Badan jadi ga kaku , jadi flexible
    5. Stamina tubuh jadi bagus donk pasti
    6. Kalau jalan kaki pas travelling uda biasa jadinya

    Nambah benefit yg gw rasain dari exercise:
    Lengan jadi makin kecil dan kenceng, jadi bisa pake baju" yg lengan pendek banget or even kutung, paha juga ngecilin n kenceng, jadi ga susah lagi nyari celana panjang, klo dulu suka sulit cari celana panjang enak soalnya suka ga muat di pahanya

    benefit lain yg gw dapet setelah konsisten olahraga tiap hari (selama setahun)...

    sekarang gw muat pake baju-baju yg dijual di itc hahaha.. jaman dulu gw selalu menghibur diri dengan bilang body gw size bule (bilang aja size besar gitu) dan cuma bisa pake brand tertentu. tapi sekarang gw muat pake tanktop yg dijual 10rban dan standar sizenya pun kecil ngga jelas.

    Well I think exercise is major activity for maintaining fitness level. It has lots of benefits. It Lowers your body fat and also normalize muscles tone. Exercise is best way to burns fats of body. It dramatically increases energy level of body. It allows to achieve your fitness goal faster.

    benefit nya yg pasti badan lbh seger, sehat.
    musim ujan gini orang pada kena flu, aku alhamdulillah tetep fit.
    2 bln rutin olahraga badan kliatan langsingan.
    kata suami diranjang jd makin yahud dibanding sebelum rajin olahraga. hihii..

    Olah raga membantu banget menghilangkan gejala PMS. Biasanya kalau mau mens, gw suka bad mood, uring2an ga jelas...semenjak olga badan jadi seger, ringan dan good mood pastinya

    benefit: hidup jd lebih teratur, menghilangkan insomnia, ga cuman tau kerjaaa mulu tapi have fun jg in positive way, mengurangi/menghilangkan stress, buat kesehatan jd jarang sakit n freshh, mikir pun bisa jadi n more positive, n yang terakhir menjaga berat badan atau mungkin mengurangi. asik lah pokoknya hehe

    endurance naik banget! waktu itu di kampus lagi ada riset dari kedokteran olahraga jadi seangkatan melakukan bleep test untuk ngetes volume oksigen maksimal masing2 orang, dan aku bisa tahan lama sementara cewek2 lain udah pada kecapekan. waktu aku pertama kali exercise, aku plank position 10 detik aja ga tahan, sekarang udah dengan mudah. and i have that natural flush on my face! hehe

    benefits-nya sebenernya lebih ke sugesti sendiri kalo lemak2 di badan udah pada kebakar gara2 keringet banyak yg keluar bercucuran (padahal sih belum tentu yah hihihi) terus jadi happy jarang bad mood apalagi kalo liat timbangan turun walaupun cuma nol koma sekian kilogram hahaa trus yaaa krn udah ngerasa lemaknya udah kebakar jadinya makannya jadi bisa agak longgar...
