    Aku olah raganya jalan cepat aja pagi2, naik turun tanjakan. Enak, rasanya lbh segar, lbh kuat jalan jauh, hehehe... Penting kl traveling. Ngk gampang capek, beberapa penyakit mulai hilang, ngk suka sakit kepala lagi, n jd jarang masuk angin. Cm tinggal pilek nya nih on off. Sekarang lg mau coba yoga, semoga pilek bisa berlalu permanently

    Benefit yg aku rasain

    -stay positive thinking, pengaruh happy hormones...

    -badan gampang back to shape krn udah bertaon-taon dilatih

    -postur badan lebih gampang diatur, body awareness kicks in kalo tiba2 slouching ato postur udah ga bener...

    dulu pernah pas jaman sma olahraga rutin seminggu 3 kali dan naik gunung tiap minggu... alhasil badanku membesar... dr 45 jadi 60kg dalam 1 taun... hahahahaha... sehat sih tapinyaHidden Content ga gampang sakit, seger dan happy selalu...
    abis lulus ga pernah olahraga lagi dan badan pun kembali menyusut Hidden Content

    Stamina jd terjaga, ga gampang sakit, klo kena flu jg lebih cepet sembuh
    Berat badan uda turun 12kg tanpa harus diet ketat, masih bisa enjoying my favourite food tanpa harus feeling guilty
    Tidur lebih nyenyak
    Stress krn kerjaan jauh berkurang karena bgitu kesel gw langsung ke gym ikutan body combat Hidden Content

    Dan bener sih,sekarang klo ga ngegym badan malah berasa ga enak

    meishera... uhmmm... kata gw semua olahraga itu bisa ilangin selulit, meski jogging doang. satu aja sih syaratnya, rutin dilakuin. gw sendiri yoga tiap hari @ 39 menit. setelah sebulanan, selulit di perut gw (oleh2 melahirkan) berkurang. sekarang udah ilang total.

    Mirip2 dgn yg lain: lbh kuat, lentur, jarang sakit, postur tubuh lbh bagus. Malah tinggi naik 1 cm, mungkin krn lbh tegak ya.

    Bonus: kalo angkat koper di cabin pesawat ga perlu minta tolong lg Hidden Content

    Postur tubuh jd tegak, abs nongol, good mood everyday, fab butt great inner thighs. Jarang sakit jg tanpa perlu suplement apapun. Hidden Content

    yang pasti si tambah seger yaa.. terus kalo lagi bete abis olahraga langsung bisa ngerubah mood jadi positive thinking lagi deh ..
    postur tubuh jadi lebih bagus + pencernaan juga jadi lebih baik

    I do exercise daily with regularity because I know exercise is very beneficial and very necessary for the health and fitness.
    It improves our physical fitness, increase the strength and stamina, protects from various diseases and illness.
    So I will say it is a basic tool for the healthy life.

    napas ga pendek dan stamina pastinya lebih baik daripada kalau ga olahraga. Lengan juga kencengggg!
