    Krn tipe bdn dan tulang gw bukan kurus tp lbh ke atletis so ga ngarep timbangan kecil tp lebih ke memperkecil body fat

    eike ikutan... lg pengen nurunin 3-5 kg soalnya terinspirasi nyokap yg pas kawin beratnya cuma 41kg dgn lingkar pinggang 60cm.. huhuhu.

    princessyana, you are really slim already! BMI-wise segitu udah underweight lho (I'm as tall as you, jadi gue apal batas bawah BMI utk 160 cm). Have you tried checking out your stats, spt body fat dan WHR? I don't think you need to lose weight at all. Tone up, maybe. Lose weight... really?

    princessyana... wow, itu lu udah kurus bener deh sepertinya... mending dibawa olahraga aja daripada nurunin kiloan... kalo olahraganya tepat, pasti bisa ngecilin pinggang juga.

    btw, gw ukur2 lagi tadi subuh. lingkar pingganng gw berkurang 1cm, yippiiieeee... jadi 69cm. udah semingguan pake pose2 yogs arahan novnov *makasih suhu... sekalian ralat, itu lingkar betis gw 33 cm. maap salah pencet *sungkem...

    ayo, olahtubuh lagiiiii....

    lavennia, body fat kamu udah 25.49%. If that figure is accurate, nurunin 10 Kg apa ga kebanyakan? Kamu ga mention tinggi mu sih, jg ga ketawan jg dari BMI brp

    wulan, ini baru aja selese ngitung BMI. Ketemunya 26,6 dengan tinggi cuma 155cm

    Ikutan ah, berat badan naik 4kg Hidden Content

    Waist: 70 cm
    Neck: 30 cm
    Hips: 92 cm
    Waist (navel): 85 cm
    Forearm/lengan: 25 cm
    Wrist/pergelangan tangan: 13 cm
    Tinggi: 152 cm
    Berat Badan: 47 kg
    BMI: 20.3
    Body Fat: 22.69% (measurement tape US Army Body Fat) 32% (timbangan digital)

    Klo liat body fat dari timbangan digital, pengen nurunuin body fat sih terutamanya, tapi susah cari waktu olahraganya.
    Maksimal yang bisa dilakukan skipping dan angkat beban.
    Cukup kah? Berapa ya durasinya?

    Klo diet ngurangin makanan berlemak ga akan nolong buat nurunin body fat ya?

    wulan salah tulis, aku 47 hehehe. emg sih itungannya masih normal/mild underweight, tapi dgn berat badanku sebelumunya yg cuma 43-44 rasanya udh gakenak bgt ini make skinny jeans dan celana2 lainnya Hidden Content utk stats yg lain belom check sih, tingkat kesadaran belum muncul hehe..

    pappi yup, menurut itungan penjahitku yg terakhir segitu.. emg pinggulku tuh ya gedeeeeeeee.. klo dibanding pinggang hehe Hidden Content

    mamul justru lg pengen nurunin kiloan ke angka awal nih.. dulu tuh aku berkutat di 42-44 doang soalnya huhu... pgn fit lagi spt dulu, skrg udh berasa kegemukan Hidden Content
