Gw dulu ampir tiap hari slama sbulan makanin putih telor rebus. Punya banyak stock putih telor hibahan dari tante gw yg cumen pake kuning telor buat bisnis nastarnya. Kadang suka rebus sekantong gede, potong2,makan pake kecap manis, smpet begah sekeluarga uda bosen makan putih telor.

Fitbar, udah nyobain. It tastes much better sih daripada soyjoy. Bahan utamanya rice crispy, dried raisin, sama kayak ada lapisan yoghurt (ato coklat) putih di atasnya. Calorie wise, dia lebih gede daripada soyjoy. Kandungan gula, natrium dll juga lebih banyak. Dan menurut gw, masih jauh lebih mengenyangkan soyjoy daripada fitbar.

itu kan ga healthy benernya.. kayak makan snack/kerupuk and all those things yang sebenernya masuk kategori junk hahaha
it's just rice, in a form that is even less healthy than the original form

Angelajess, bener..yg aneh ya rice crispiesnya itu. Biasanya kan kalo healthy snack, bahan utamanya biasanya biji2an. Lah ini kok malah rice crispies. Hehehehe. Kinda weird.
Tapi emang enak rasanya wkwkwkwk
Cemilan sehat gw apa ya, buah lah ya untuk saat ini. Paling simpel dan seger.
