    Berhubung masih mulai diet mungkin pilihan snack saya masih kalah sehat dibanding member-member disini:
    - Kacang tanah, kadang almond
    - Sayur
    - Buah pisang
    Karena kadang suka kalah iman saya suka pakai coklat hitam yang dilelehin, beri gula sedikit dan dicocol sama daftar makanan diatas

    Hello im newbie here..
    Baru saja dapet hidayah buat hidup lebih sehat sekitar 2 mingguan lalu wkwk..otomatis makanpun jd filter abis2an hehe
    Buat cemilan biasanya saya suka buah-buahan aja campur2 semua..trs dtambahin yogurth diatasnya
    Fitbar enak sih kalo lg agak laper dluar jam makan
    Krakers saltine jg enak kok meski rasanya tawar
    Trsss apalagi yaaa....
    Oiya kalo sarapan lg males makan oatmeal saya makan roti gandum aja sama selai peanut butter aja tp dikit yaa..
    Oiya ada yg tau gak merk peanut butter yg bagus buat diet selain skippy yg less sugar and salt ituu..??

    Kalo saya seringnya nyemil granola, almond, cranberry, kismis, pumpkin seed. Smuanya dipanggang (roasted) jadi pasti sehat.
    Kebetulan suami ada kenalan teman yang ada home industry jualan granola ( rasa choco,greentea, honeynut, banana, coffe, apple)
    Kismis ama cranberry kadang buat campuran eskrim jadi lebih enak.
    Kemasan 250gr jadi bisa beli macem2 biar ga bosen.
    Klo ibu2 ada yang minat beli / tanya2 via pm aja ya.

    Post-workout: banana protein smoothie
    4-5PM snack: greek yoghurt/apple/popcorn

    Minum cereal coffee, no caffeine, no sugar biar lidah tetep pahit dan gak tergoda ngemil porsi lebih :P

    Ladies granola favorit kalian yang brand apa sih? Pernah inep di salah satu hotel di Bali dan granolanya enak bgt tapi mereka buat sendiri dan ga jual hiks. Jd nagih granola deh cuma males coba2 kalo kurang enak Hidden Content

    @Hidden Content saya punya favorit peanut butter yang enak tanpa gula dan garam sama sekali. Engridients Peanuts only. Brand nya dari Atsha's Kitchen.. dan sekarang lagi menghabiskan jar ke 3 Hidden Content so far belum nemu peanut butter yang tanpa garam & gula selain ini sih...
