    Way to go Affi!

    I quit gym after 3 months and now been working out at home sejak bulan July Hidden Content So far lebih puas hasilnya walopun kadang kangen juga sama alat-alat berat di gym.

    Sekarang gw pake Chalean Extreme DVD (almost done with month 2) dan hasilnya udah keliatan banget puas bener rasanya.

    Hi Affi,
    It's great your exercising at home but gym, fitness centers and boot camps always bring better results because of competitive environment there. At home you can do walking, jogging in place, jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, leg lifts, squats, light weight lifting, step exercises, stretching and jumping rope also.

    mamamiauw99: kalo pernah operasi caesar jadi ga boleh olahraga pake otot perut? baru tau gw... tapi gw liat di gym pada tetep latian pake perut.

    gw ga pernah berhasil nih kalo olahraga di rumah, waktu masih abg sih sering olahraga di depan tv, skrg biar ada fitness tv ga ngepek ga fun rasanya kalo di rumah. Di rumah ada barbel jg ga pernah dimaenin.

    If any body can't afford or can't reach to the gym, he can do workout at home.
    Some exercise which a person can do at home easily are the push ups. pull ups, sits ups, and yoga.
    Yoga is a most effective exercise which a person can do at home and can be more beneficial for you.

    @mamamiaw99 dulu gw caesar boleh kok olahraga pakai otot perut tapi setelah 3 bulan, dan itu juga ringan2 dulu lalu ke berat...
    kalau ragu2 konsultasi ke dokter dulu.

    tips supaya semangat wo at home...

    jangan pake baju asal. hahahaha.. ini ngaruh banget di gw. jadi sejak rutin olahraga di rumah, gw pasti ganti baju, pake baju khusus utk olahraga. biasanya pake tanktop dan legging. klo pake baju asal (misalnya celana pendek standar gitu), bawaannya kurang semangat.

    trus latihan di depan cermin. ngga tau kenapa, kalo berhadapan ama cermin, gw makin semangat dan hepi. apalagi kalo liat keringet yg banjir banget, malah makin rajin gerak...

    dlu suka yoga sndiri gtu pake video YT,, tp skrg ikul class yoga sminggu skali..

    Ada yang wo pake air climber gak ya? Lagi ada promo nich, pengen beli tapi takut krg tepat. Aku bermasalah dengan bagian perut ke bawah, kek paha, betis, butt gt. Menurut kalian tepat ga kalau wo pake itu?

    lagi seneng work out at home pake apps NTC (nike training centre) di ipod.
    30menit ga berasa, trs variasi trainingnya bnyk bgt, sesuai kebutuhan kita.

    selang seling ma lari di treadmill, tp ga pernah bisa sampe 5km, 20-30menit ud nyerah...bosen..
