    PT kt gw mahal sih, di sini 550 eur buat 24 sesi. gw cuman ambil paket introduction aje kemaren ini. mayan, 3 kali training 30 eur. paling kagak gw tau gw kudu ngapain aja gitu.

    iya dulu temenku pernah dapat tawaran khusus setelah belanja apaa gitu buat pake PT, jd bisa puas2in tanya dan minta program latian. setelah abis masanya, tinggal motivasi deh Hidden Content

    ecchi777, gw baca di women's health magazine disaranin weights dulu baru cardio. jadi pas doing weights gerakannya lebih fokus & bener soalnya badan ga cape duluan akibat cardio. kan kalo ngebentuk lebih banyak otot bisa burn more calories. terus badan dipersiapin buat fat burning mode, jadi pas doing cardio lebih efisien.. haduh, gw salah juga kalo gitu yah..     gw jg barusan baca majalah2 impor lama *tp lupa namanya* kalo mo nurunin berat mesti angkat beban dulu soalnya kalo cardio dualuan, nanti hormon apaa gt namanya cadangannya abis jadi gak bisa maksimal langsingnya. hormon ini mesti dikeluarkan dulu pas ya angkat beban itu. intinya sistem seperti ini hasilnya bisa lebih cepet dan maksimal ketimbang cardio duluan.

    badan gw emang dari sononya dah kurus, jadi tak bisa bagi tips Hidden Content
    gw cuman suka sakit punggung aje makanya kemaren iseng ber-PT, sapa tau punggung gw jadi rada kuat gt.

    Lha, kok salah sih? Enggak, lagee.. Semuanya kan rekmendasi aja, mau weight atau cardio duluan.

    Driven purpose

    First and foremost, the answer to this question is best understood when you have a desired outcome. What I mean by this is that many people exercise but tend to fall short on achieving any one specific outcome. For instance, when exercising it’s to your benefit to have a specific goal you want to achieve.

    It could be running a certain distance in a faster amount of time, improving your body composition, building endurance or reducing stress. No matter what the goal, you are more likely to succeed if you have meaning, purpose and direction in regard to your approach to exercise.

    Weights first

    After getting an endorsement from your physician to exercise, be sure to warm up for six to 12 minutes prior to your workout. If you’re planning to lift weights, warm up the muscles and joints you are going to be using. For instance, if you are going to lift weights with your legs, it would be to your benefit to walk on the treadmill or perform an exercise that incorporates your hip, knee and ankle joints.

    The main benefit to lifting weights before performing cardiovascular exercise is to maximize your ability to maintain and/or build lean muscle tissue.

    Cardio first

    Like with weight training, it is to your benefit to consider the first six to 12 minutes of your workout a warm up. Following the entirety of the cardio workout, (30 to 60 minutes), if you decide to lift weights you are less likely to maximize your ability to maintain and/or build lean muscle tissue. Instead, you are more likely to lose lean muscle tissue and lack the strength necessary to build muscle.

    However, one positive to performing cardio prior to weight training is EPOC (Excess Postexercise Oxygen Consumption). What this means is that you burn more total calories following the exercise session. Nonetheless, in my opinion and that of most experts who value metabolism, it’s important to keep building lean body mass for improved health and longevity.

    Therefore, if time constraints put you in a position where you must perform both cardio and weights on the same day and you can’t imagine hitting the weights first, in order to minimize the loss of lean body mass, my recommendation is to keep the duration of your total exercise session to a maximum of 60 minutes.

    tetep sebelum weights harus pemanasan dulu biar ga cedera. kalo mau warming up-nya bisa cardio dulu tapi jangan cape2..

    oh iyaa.. mengenai PT jangan sembarangan milihnya. penting juga cari tau teknik2 dasar sendiri. soalnya PT gw barusan rada2 meragukan. padahal katanya the best one in the gym. cara sit-ups salah, ngukur heart rate ga becus, plus ditanyain weights vs cardio question, interval training, ga memuaskan jawabannya.. setelah gw ceki2, ternyata dapetin certificate buat jadi PT di sini butuhnya 7-week-course aja. bisa lewat online lagi..     Bea.. Gue juga sakit punggung.. EH, sebenarnya lebih ke bawah lagi sih, alias pinggang belakang.. Klo pake PT jadi mendingan ya?
