    1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Cook the pastas in a large pot of boiling water until tender.
    Place the onion and carrot into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons water and cook gently for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly softened. Add tomatoes and another ¼ cup water, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then add milk. Bring to the boil. Add the corn flour mix, stirring constantly until boiling again and lightly thickened. Put in the tuna. Mix in tuna and then cheese and immediately remove from the heat. The cheese will melt in the warmth of the saucepan.

    Note: This recipe contains wheat, but can be made using wheat-free pasta.

    smiley kalau aku diajarinnya boleh mushroom umur 8 bulan ke atas. white mushroom aja dulu. potong kecil2. terus harus masak bener2 ya.

    Risotto with chicken and baby spinach

    50g brown onion, chopped finely (or a small brown onion)
    25g unsalted butter
    110g Arborio rice
    200gr chicken breast
    450ml hot boiling chicken stock (see below how to make a nice fragrant chicken stock)
    A handful of baby spinach, stack, roll and cut thinly
    225g ripe tomatoes, steamed, skinned, deseeded and chopped
    50g ricotta cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
    10gr corn flour and add with water

    Always remember to use hot boiling stock everytime you make a risotto. Otherwise, the rice will not properly cook and become hard.

    Saute the onion in half the butter until softened. Stir in the rice until well coated. Pour over the boiling chicken stock, cover the pand with a lid and cook for 8 minutes over a high heat. Stir in the chicken, reduce the heat and cook, covered for about 12 minutes or until all the stock has been absorbed.

    Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan, add the tomatoes puree and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cheese until melted and the corn flour water mnix, then stir the tomato and cheese mixture into the cooked rice.

    Fragrant chicken stock

    A couple of chicken drumstick bones
    3 carrots, peeled
    1 parsnip, peeled
    1 leek, washed
    3 big celery stick, washed
    small bunch of parsley
    1 sprig thyme
    1 bay leaf
    3 cores of apples
    2 litres (3 ½ pints) of boiling water
    4 black peppercorns
    2 chicken breast or chicken tenderloin

    I use organic chicken tenderloin more than the breast because the tenderloin has more protein and vitamin B12, which chicken breast doesn’t have that much and tend to be really dry after cook. But it’s up to you.

    Put the bones into a large, heavy-base saucepan. Roughly chop all the vegetables and add to the pan together with the herbs and peppercorns. Pour over the water, bring to the boil and then remove all the surface sediment with a slotted spoon. Put the meat in. Half cover the pan and simmer gently for 1 ½ hours or until the meat turn white and the liquid is reduce by half.

    Allow to cool, then leave in the fridge overnight. Remove any congealed fat from the top in the morning. Strain the chicken and vegetables to make the stock.     Food fact : Oily fish like salmon provides a good source of essential fatty acids that are important for development of the brain and eyes.

    Couscous with Vegetables in Chicken Stock
    *Makes about 525 ml

    Can be store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to two weeks. For a vegetarian option, use vegetable stock or water instead of the chicken stock.

    300 grams of chicken thigh or breast. Boiled and cut into small chunks
    200 grams pumpkin, peeled and seeds removed and cut into small chunks
    250 grams sweet potato, peeled and cut into small chunks
    ¼ cup fresh shelled peas or chopped fresh beans
    100 grams zucchini, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    ½ cup fragrant chicken stock
    ¼ cup water
    2 table spoon couscous
    1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon finely chopped mint

    Put the vegetables into a saucepan with stock and water and cook covered until tender. The timing depends on the size of the chunks of vegetables. Add the chicken. Remove from the heat. Add couscous and stir. Return the lid to the pan, leave aside for 5 minutes for the couscous to swell and absorb the excess liquid. Mash lightly, mixing in parsley and mint.

    Beef and Vegetables
    *Makes about 525 ml

    Can be store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to two weeks.

    ½ onion, finely chopped
    100 grams potato, peeled and diced
    100 grams carrot, peeled and diced
    150 grams piece of pumpkin, peeled and diced
    2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    2 tablespoons raw rice
    ½ cup unsalted beef stock
    ¼ cup apple juice with no added sugar

    Cook everything gently in a saucepan with a tight fitting lid. When tender, process to a puree or mash it with a fork for a little texture (according to the age of the child).

    Easy Peasy Mac ‘n’ Cheese

    Bahan-bahan

    * 250 g elbow macaroni
    * 1 blok keju cheddar diparut
    * 1 sendok makan mentega
    * 3-4 sendok tepung terigu
    * 500 ml susu cair
    * 1 sendok teh mustard bubuk (bisa diganti mustard paste kalau tidak ada yang bubuk)
    * gula dan garam sesuai selera

    Cara Membuat

    * Elbow macaroni direbus sesuai selera bersama sesendok makan garam dan sedikit minyak goreng
    * Tiriskan, sisihkan
    * Lelehkan mentega dan masukkan susu ke dalam panci, panaskan di atas api
    * Ketika kelihatan sudah akan mendidih, masukkan keju sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk
    * Tambahkan mustard. Supaya tidak menggumpal, ambil susu dikit di mangkuk kecil, tambahkan mustardnya dan diratakan sampai tidak menggumpal baru dimasukkan kembali ke panci
    * Tambahkan gula dan/atau garam sesuai selera
    * Terakhir, larutkan 3 – 4 sendok tepung terigu dengan sedikit air hangat (biar tidak menggumpal juga) sampai benar-benar larut, kemudian tambahkan di adonan tersebut
    * Aduk sampe mengental
    * Masukan makaroni dan aduk hingga rata
    * Angkat dari api dan hidangkan

    sanetya, ini ada resep pepes ikan. kalo di rumah neneknya pilar di bandung biasanya pake ikan mas paling mantep..tapi karena di jakarta nurut gue ikannya suka bau tanah Hidden Content gue ganti gurame aja..tetep enak ko!

    trus prinsip utamanya pepes ini kukus pake daun pisang ya, hehehe..dijamin enak.

    ikannya dilumuri jeruk nipis ato lime dulu biar ga amis

    bumbu2nya:
    bawang merah
    bawah putih
    daun bawang
    kunyit
    daun salam
    serai
    kemangi
    tomat
    semuanya diiris trus disatuin sama ikannya, dibungkus daun pisang
    dikukus sampe mateng

    gampang bgt kan?

    sanetya dah pernah cobain resep nasi goreng blom? kebetulan anak gw emang ga terlalu doyan makan yg berkuah2 jd ini salah satu resep andalan gw....

    Nasi Goreng Keju Sayuran

    Bahan2:
    1 porsi nasi putih (tergantung ukuran porsi anaknya)
    50 gr daging giling
    50 gr wortel
    50 gr brokoli
    unsalted butter (secukupnya utk numis)
    1 lembar keju craft single (potong dadu kecil)

    Cara memasak:
    *kukus daging giling, wortel dan brokoli
    *cincang/potong kecil wortel dan brokoli
    *panaskan penggorengan dan lelehkan unsalted butter secukupnya
    *masukkan dan aduk rata kukusan daging giling, wortel dan brokoli cincang
    *masukkan 1 porsi nasi putih, kemudian aduk rata
    *terakhir masukkan keju yg sudah dipotong kecil, aduk sampai keju agak meleleh
    *angkat dan sajikan

    jagung manis keju

    bahan :
    - 2 buah jagung dipipil (kalo mau gampang pake jagung yg pipilan aja, tapi tadi pagi gw ga ada jadi jangung bonggolan dah, tapi jangan jagung kalengan ya. kurang bagus)
    - 1 sdm mentega
    - keju parut secukupnya
    - 1 sdt susu kental manis putih (optional, gw sih nggak pake yg tadi pagi soalnya abis susunya, hehe)

    cara :
    - jagung direbus sampe empuk
    - setelah empuk angkat, campur menteganya
    - taburi parutan keju dan susu kental manis

    enak! macam kaya jagung2 yang dijual di mall/ ic2 itu sih sebenernya Hidden Content

    Chicken/Fish Nugget bole dapet dari Mike

    bahan :
    bumbu :
    - bawang putih secukupnya
    - bawang bombay secukupnya
    - bawang merah secukupnya
    - garem seiprit (terserah juga kalo ga dikasih juga gpp)
    semua bahan bumbu digiling jadi halus

    - ayam/ikan digiling
    - telur ayam kampung 1 butir dikocok
    Campur ayam/ikan dengan telur yang sudah dikocok, trus diulen. Campur bahan bumbu.
    Terakhir, gulingkan di tepung roti. Goreng or kukus...
    Jadi deeeh....

    Perkedel Salmon Keju

    Bahan2:
    - 1 buah kentang ukuran besar (kira2 80 gr), potong dadu
    - 50 gr salmon fillet
    - 1 lembar keju kraft single, potong dadu kecil
    - 1 tangkai daun bawang, iris halus
    - 1 butir telur, kocok lepas
    - minyak utk menggoreng secukupnya

    Bumbu halus:
    - 2 siung bawang merah
    - 2 siung bawang putih
    - 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
    - 1/4 sdt ketumbar
    - garam secukupnya, ga pake juga gpp soalnya udh ada rasa asin dari keju

    Cara membuat:
    1. Kukus kentang dan fillet salmon sampai matang kemudian haluskan
    2. Aduk kentang, salmon, potongan keju, bumbu halus dan daun bawang
    3. Bentuk adonan sesuai selera, biasanya sih gw cetak bentuk yg lucu2
    4. Panaskan minyak goreng, celupkan adonan yg sudah dibentuk kedalam kocokan telur
    5. Angkat adonan dan goreng kedalam minyak panas hingga kuning kecoklatan
    6. Angkat perkedel, tiriskan dan sajikan

    Sup Seafood

    Bahan2:
    - 40 gr fillet kakap merah, potong kecil
    - 40 gr udang kupas, cincang kecil
    - 400 ml kaldu ayam
    - 40 gr wortel, potong dadu kecil
    - 25 gr tomat, potong dadu kecil
    - 25 gr kacang polong
    - 40 gr tahu putih, potong dadu kecil
    - garam secukupnya
    - gula pasir secukupnya

    Cara membuat:
    1. Campurkan kakap merah, udang dengan kaldu ayam, masak hingga kaldu mendidih
    2. Masukkan wortel, kacang polong dan tahu, masak hingga lunak
    3. Tambahkan garam dan gula, aduk rata
    4. Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat

    Roti gulung sosis
    Bahan:
    -roti
    -sosis
    -susu
    -telur
    -tepung panir
    -minyak utk goreng

    Cara:
    -Campur susu dan telur, aduk rata
    -masukan roti jangan sampe basah2 bgt
    -gulung sosis dalam roti, tekan ujungnya biar nempel
    -gulingkan di tepung panir
    -goreng deh!

    Makaroni kukus
    Sebetulnya sama aja kaya skotel siy Hidden Content
    Bahan:
    - makaroni, rebus lalu tiriskan
    - brokoli, rebus sebentar, tiriskan
    - wortel, rebus sebentar, tiriskan
    - daging ayam cincang/ daging giling/ udang/ ikan (bebas)
    - telor, kocok sebentar
    - keju
    - susu
    - bawangbombay
    - mentega utk mengoles pinggan

    Cara:
    - masukan makaroni didasar pinggan
    - ayam giling yg sudah ditumis dengan bawang bombay masukan diatasnya
    - lapisi lg dengan makaroni, wortel, brokoli
    - tutup dengan makaroni sisanya+parutan keju
    -siram dengan telor yg dicampur susu
    - kukus deh!
    Buat yg anaknya belum bs mengunyah kasar, sayur2an bs direbus agak lama jd lebih mudah ngunyahnya
    Maap ya, ga pake takaran, gw bikinnya jg pake feeling, hehe..

    ngikut nenglita nemu resep gampil *curang*
    ini gara2 dulu si sulung kudu diet gara2 empedu bengkak..

    sup awan2
    1bawang merah+1 bawang putih, dirajang halus trus ditumis ama blueband sedikit
    tuang air segelas, masak sampai mendidih..
    kocok lepas telur (kalo dulu anak saya cuma boleh makan putih telurnya aja)
    tuang perlahan2 ke air mendidih tadi sambil di aduk..
    (jadi mirip awan kan? nah yg ngasi nama sup asal ini ya anak saya ;p)
    jgn lupa kasi garam dan gula sedikit..
    makan hangat2..

    kemarin minggu ga sengaja nemu resep gampang di bungkus tepung roti, langsung dipraktekkin tanpa rencana. sedikit dimodifikasi sesuai dengan bahan-bahan yang ada di rumah.

    judulnya BOLA-BOLA NASI

    bahan:
    - bawang bombay dicincang
    - daging giling/ayam giling (kemarin pakai kornet karena ga punya daging giling)
    - nasi
    - tepung roti kasar/ bread crumbs
    - telur
    - garam & gula secukupnya (buat perasa)
    - jamur tiram putih

    cara:
    1. tumis bawang bombay cincang, lalu masukkan daging & jamur. Bubuhi garam & gula dikit. Setelah matang, angkat dan sisihkan.
    2. Ambil 2 sdm nasi, gepengkan.
    3. Taruh 1/2 sdm tumisan di nasi.
    4. Bentuk nasi jadi bola2 yg padat
    5. Celupkan dalam telur kocok, gulingkan di tepung roti, dan sreeenggg... digoreng.
    6. Selesai, deh!

    Enak buat dibawa pergi-pergi buat cemilan si krucil kalo lagi susah makan di hari sabtu minggu Hidden Content
    ps:
    - waktu bulet2in nasi jangan lupa pakai plastik biar ga lengket di tangan.
    - selain tumisan di atas, bisa juga ditambahi abon biar lebih nendang.

    Moms.. krmn baru nyoba resep sederhana banget gara2 di kulkas cuma ada ayam potong sama tofu jepang Hidden Content senang nya anak2 makan sampe lahap dan nambah

    Bahan nya cuma ayam kampung, tofu jepang dan bumbu2 (garam, lada, gula sedikit)

    cara buat :

    masak air sampai mendidih setelah itu cemplungin deh tuh ayam potong nya lalu rebus sampai ayam empuk, kalo air nya berkurang bisa di tambahin lagi yah moms. Setelah ayam nya empuk masukin potongan bulat tofu jepang nya, sekitar 5 menit matikan api lalu baru bumbu2 di masukin (garam, lada dan gula sedikit supaya ada rasa gurih nya) selesai deh..

    *bisa di tambahin daun bawang dan daun seledri biar makin wangi Hidden Content
