    Default Exercise During Pregnancy

    Gara-gara abis nulis tentang Hidden Content gue jadi kepikiran bikin thread ini.

    Kalo dulu kan kita sering denger nasihat bahwa ibu hamil itu nggak boleh terlalu capek, sebaiknya leyeh2 aja di tempat tidur dst dsb. Padahal sebenernya ibu hamil itu disarankan olahraga juga loh. Manfaat dari olahraga selama hamil adalah:

    - Meningkatkan mood
    - Memperbaiki pola tidur
    - Mengurangi keluhan-keluhan selama kehamilan (sakit pinggang, kram kaki, sakit kepala, dll)

    Ada yg bilang olahraga kyk jalan kaki juga bisa bikin melahirkannya gampang Hidden Content
    Jenis olahraga yg disarankan untuk wanita hamil:
    - Berenang
    - Jalan kaki
    - Yoga
    - Stretching

    Tapi sebelum olahraga disarankan konsultasi dulu ke dokter kandungannya yaa.

    Gue sih dulu selain yoga, jujur aja maleees bgt mau olahraga yg lain. Nyokap gue dulu cerewet bgt nyuruh gue jalan yg banyak, tapi setelah di atas 7 bulan, asli bawa badan kayaknya berat bgt. Jalan di mall dikit, kaki gue bengkak2 Hidden Content

    Gue waktu hamil kemaren sempet mau cobain prenatal yoga. Udah download videonya dari YouTube tapi akhirnya ga kelakon sama sekali. Hehehe. Gara-gara males sih.

    Tapi akhirnya pas udah masuk trimester terakhir, gue ikutan senam hamil. Nah, baru berasa manfaatnya tuh. Gerakan-gerakan yang diajari pas senam hamil berhasil ngurangin sakit pinggang sama kram kaki. Trus teknik pernapasannya juga berguna banget pas mau ngeden saat lahiran.

    Selain itu, gue juga banyak jalan-jalan pas hamil 9 bulan. Jadi lahirannya bisa lancaaar banget. Hidden Content

    Menurut gue, latihan yang paling bermanfaat itu gerakan jongkok atau squat. Jadi bisa mendorong supaya kepala bayi cepat masuk ke jalan lahir. Tapi, saking beratnya, perut baru melakukan 3 kali gerakan jongkok gue udah ngos-ngosan.

    waktu hamil kebetulan gw ga ikut kelas senam hamil,hanya ikutin cara2 nya dari buku aja,dan meditasi pake CD Hypnobirthing...alhamdulillah sampai lahiran gw tenang dan relax,baby blue pun berllu, too happy to had my new baby....Hidden Content

    Kegel..jangan lupa kegel...Hidden Content satu satunya exercise yang gue lakuin..hehehe.

    Waktu hamil pertama, gue masih berasa fit fit aja tanpa olahraga. Tapi hamil yang kedua...berasa deh jomponya Hidden Content . Tapi tetep sih nggak olahraga..(pemalasan)

    ibu gunawan, yup bener. Gerakan dari berdiri trus jongkok. Pegelnya berasa banget tuh. Tapi emang membantu banget supaya lahiran lancar loh. Kemaren gue sih diulang 5-8 kali. Tergantung kekuatan kita aja. Hidden Content

    Jalan pagi dan sore sama2 bagus kok. Kalo pagi emang udara lebih bagus aja. Jadi baby di perut juga ikut hirup oksigennya. Hidden Content

    Hanzky, beneerr! Kegel itu penting banget. Tapi gue juga suka bolong-bolong tuh latihan kegelnya.

    vaness kegel mah nggak usah diajarin. Gerakannya seperti elo nahan pipis aja. Tahan kurang lebih 5-10 detik, let it go and do it again. Sehari 10 set gitu kalo nggak salah cukup deh.

    Ikutan sharing ya. So far, ampe minggu ke 34 kehamilan gue, gue nggak pernah olah raga yang seriusHidden Content
    3-4 bln pertama, gue bleeding, jadi bed rest melulu kerjanya. Masuk bulan 5 dan 6, gue sempet mo ikut prenatal yoga, tapi susah banget nyari schedule weekend-nyaHidden Content , rata rata weekdays. Batal lagi deh.
    Masuk bulab ke 7, gue positive harus sectio, jadi malah tidak dianjurkan ikut senam hamil. Hehehee, lengkap lah sudah sepertinya nggak olat raga-nya.
    Cuma, alhamdulilah, so far nggak ada keluhan sakit sakit yg aneh, palingan kram kalo malam. Mungkin karena setiap harinya gue cukup aktif, jalan-nya nasih grasak grusuk, kemaren juga malsh iseng nyuci perlengkapan bayi sendiri (habis gemes ngeliatnya) dan di kantor masih sering naik turun tangga.
    Secara tidak lgs mungkin itu udah pengganti exercise nya kali yaHidden Content

    Pink_Vatra, Iyaa gue jg merasa terbantu bgt tuh dengan ikutan senam hamil. Gerakan2nya mirip kok sama prenatal yoga. Fokusnya di pernapasan sama latihan2 yg memperkuat otot panggul, paha, dll. Waktu itu saking semangatnya gue ikut senam hamil sampe pas mau dateng ke-3 kalinya, yg ngelatih bilang gini "Bu, kalo ibu udah bisa gerakan2nya, sebenernya bisa latihan sendiri sesering mungkin di rumah. Gak usah ke sini lg jg gpp." Mak, diusir gue Hidden Content

    paris gue jg pengen bgt tuh dulu ikut hypnobirthing tapi gak sempet. Cuma beli bukunya aja dan gak tau deh bener apa enggak praktekinnya soalnya kok gak ngaruh hehehe Kayaknya kalo hypnobirthing mesti dibikin threadnya khusus nih..

    Gw sekarang 5 bulan, mulai jalan kaki di track lari bareng suami setiap hari minggu. Sebenernya jalan kakinya cuma satu keliling, terus gw jemuran sambil nungguin suami jogging. Kemaren pas ketemu sama orangtuanya temen di track lari, beliau tampak kaget liat gw olahraga. "Aduuuhh jgn capek2!" Katanya. Well, gw ngga ngerasa capek sih, karena gw kan cuma jalan kaki, itu juga pelan2, sama aja kaya jalan2 di mol tapi plus dapet asupan sinar matahari pagi yg sehat.
    Gw emang belom sempet konsultasi ke dokter sih boleh apa ngganya, jadi mikir, sebenernya 5 bulan udah boleh olahraga jalan kaki belum sih?

    ms_geey, mestinya sih kalo elo kehamilannya gak bermasalah gpp ya. Ini gue copy paste 13 rules of safe pregnancy exercise dari babycenter.com ya:

    1. Check with your healthcare provider first
    2. Take in extra calories
    3. Steer clear of dangerous sports
    4. Wear the right clothes
    5. Warm up
    6. Drink plenty of water

    ms_geey, bener banget, kalo kehamilan loe nggak bermasalah, olah raga malah dianjurkan ama obgyn-nya, seperti temen gue rutin banget berenang-ya dan yoga dari hamil muda, :-)

    ikutan ya, kalo g pas hamil sebenernya pengen yoga, tapi ya itu, berhubung kantoran jadi nggak pernah nemu jadwal yg pas. Akhirnya satu2nya olahraga yg g lakuin ya berenang.
