    @Hidden Content iya nih akunya yg kepo sebenernya preggie yoga kaya apa wkwk.
    @Hidden Content aku olahraganya cuman ngejar kereta sama naik turun stasiun aja mak wkwk. Paling berenang nemenin bocah, seminggu or 2minggu sekali. Atau nyetel utube, olahraga 30menit doank.

    @Hidden Content aku pas tm1 bawaannya mual, pusing dan kembung jadi males banget sengaja olahraga mak hehe. Mungkin boleh yang low impact kaya renang atau jalan santai. Kalo sebelumnya intens olahraga mungkin bisa diturunin levelnya. Tapi emang better mengacu ke opini obgyn, biar bisa diliat kondisi kandungannya.

    Btw aku baru daftar untuk senam hamil di Eka hosp. BSD, ternyata mayan fully booked yaa, dapet baru tanggal 27april, dan waiting list di 20 april. Pengen coba juga yang di RSPI bintaro, katanya free kan mak hihi...

    Di week ke 32 ini bawaannya badan cape dan pengen tidur terus ya. Karena kalau malam susah tidur, bdn pegel semua. Mau tidur posisi apa salah.

    Tapi terakhir di USG eh si bocah sungsang donk.
    Karena gua rencana pengen lahir normal, gua usahakan tiap hari OR ringan-2 aja sih. OR gua stepper aja sih. Sebelum hamil bisa kuat 1000x, tp semenjak hamil turuuuuun bgt staminanya jadi cuman kuat 200. Itu uda egap-2 dan keringetan.

    Sama gua usahakan banyak jalan tapi di mall. Hahaha. Karena adem dan sekalian cuci mata.
    Alasan sama suami sih belanja-2 kebutuhan bayi (tapi ampir tiap ari). Hahaha.

    Tapi kalau kebanyakan jalan pantat suka sakit.

    @Hidden Content hai mak, pas hamil anak pertama aku juga sempet ngalamin tuh, bayik di perut muter lagi sungsang, tapi pas masuk 9mos, dia balik lagi kepala di bawah. Nah sama obgynku disuruh sering2 posisi nungging mirip sujud cuman aga beda posisinya. Kalo lagi banyak jalan, buat supporting sih katanya better pake maternity belt, akupun baru mau browsing2 karena suka aga linu2 kalo kebanyakan jalan.
