    kalo langit, 20 bulan, ngemilnya canggih banget dah! ampun mulutnya kaya ayunan ga mau brenti. muali dari buah, puding, cornflakes sampe kacang gorengHidden Content
    kalo yang bikin, gw seringnya bikin puding buah atau semacam kaya konyaku *bener ga tulisannya* dari nutrijell gitu campurin nata de coco *emaknya juga doyan*

    moms smua, anakku gi dmen makan krupuk..! Ada ga siy kira2 pnggantinya yg lebi bgizi? anakku dah 15 bln, trus klo makan nasi susah, msti dipancing ma krupuk br mau..klo kripik tempe masi ok kah?

    Cemilan yang tekstur-nya kriuk kriuk kaya kerupuk sih kayanya: Baby Choice deh.
    Itu cemilan buat 6 bulan keatas. Bebas gula,garam,msg.

    Soal gizi sih gatau pasti ya...tapi kayanya lebih tenang ngeliat baby makan Baby Choice daripada kerupuk Hidden Content
    Terutama buat yang bayinya baru tumbuh gigi...pasti suka deh makan Baby Choice, soalnya bunyi gitu kan...kriuk...kriuk Hidden Content

    mandasari, aku punya pengalamn yg sama dengan anak2 ku soal kerupuk. Salah satu cara supaya mereka gak "tergantung" sama kerupuk, jangan sediakan kerupuk di hadapan mereka atau jauhkan kerupuk dari mereka.

    Menurutku kalo keripik tempe khan sama gorengan juga, terus mlah agak susah "leleh" di mulut jadi takut keselek.

    Buat sekolah Ben bekalnya termasuk Snack sehat dan agak2 gak juga. Kadang wortel, timun buah tapi kadang aku kasih roti isi sosis taua keju bikinan sendiri, atau mini pizza. Kadang aku kasih cereal bar atau coklat dikit. Karena jam istirahat waktunya pendek jadi bekalnya gak banyal. makan siang di sekolah menunya lumayan sehat dan variatif

    Alternatif buat anak yg doyan krupuk/kriuk2 (anak gue juga soalnya) yg pernah gue post di twitternya Mommies Daily:

    Ini dari kulit salmon, jd mengandung omega-3 dan nggak mengandung MSG. Kl nggak salah ada garamnya sih, tp gak terlalu banyak dan lagian anak gue emang udah makan garam anyway jadi gpp lah, masih mending ini daripada kerupuk yg cuma aci doang isinya.     waah thread yg bagus niih, tks mamita dah buat thread ini...

    mo sharing yaaa... klo emaknya lagi rajin nih, Ayya (6 thn) & Nadine (4 thn) biasa tak bekelin aneka macam puding+vla-nya, mie goreng (mienya buat ndiri), spagetti, aneka schotel, cookies-brownies-martabak telur-martabak manis+risoles+spring roll+pancake+crepes+french toast yg dibuat sendiri...

    ato klo lagi males bgttt, biasanya tak bawain aneka rasa youghurt (favorit mereka siih yg peaches), biskuit-nya mcvitie's, aneka macam cereal+susunya, roti pake butter+meises/nutella/peanut butter, cookies beli jadi, oya buah-buahan juga sering, biasanya 1 mgg 2-3x tak bawain buah, mereka sukanya banana, apple, pear, melon, anggur.. trus minumnya biasanya air mineral dan aneka rasa susu kotak/juice..

    klo lagi field trip, biasanya tak bekelin yg rada berat, misalnya nasi+dadar gulung, mie goreng, nasi+udang grg tepung+mayonaise, ato pas lagi buat meatballs/nugget... suka juga tak bekelin bareng nasi...

    aku lebih prefer buat sendiri, walau cape bin ribet tapi buat anak tetep seneng dikerjakannya.. jd tiap wiken biasanya aku buat menu bekal sekolah, klo ga spt itu bisa keteter sendiri, karena apa-apa kan dikerjakan sendiri, maklum lah perantauan...
    lagian aku juga takut anak2 ketularan kebiasaan temen2 di sekolahnya yg selalu bekel aneka rasa potato chips.. Hidden Content padahal sekolah anak2-ku termasuk strict ttg bekal anak2, selalu di ingatkan di buku penghubung bahwa bekal harus healthy food, trus dijabarin deh contoh2 makanan dan minumannya, tapi tetep aja klo aku perhatikan mereka bekelnya ya lagi2 potato chips+coklat Hidden Content

    gara2 liat link mamita, jadi inget dried fruits. gue sukaaa banget drieb fruits macem raisin, apricot, cranberry etc tapi di indonesia mahal banget ya karena import. kecuali mungkin pisang sale (ini sehat ndak ya? i love it!)
    sedangkan dried fruit versi indonesia jadi manisan--either too 'wet', too sweet or too sour. di mana sih belinya dried fruit beneran??

    anakku semakin ke sini makin dikit kok ya ngemilnya
    dia udah 2th 7bulan..
    abis kalo d deketin ama waktu makannya pasti dia suka dikit makannya..

    kadang suka kasi *masih* baby choice itu, yg ayam dia doyan bgt..
    trus keju yg kids stick itu, mayan doyan deh dia, kalo ga yg blue bell yg cheese cubes..
    kadang ya buah2an, jeruk, apel, plum, salak, rambutan, kadang duku.. Hidden Content

    dulu sih suka bikin jelly dari sari buah, jadi buahnya d blender, ikut d masukin pake uht..
    kalo pake uht mungkin mesti 1+ kali yak..

    tapi anakku aneh..minggu kmaren demennya ngemilin nasi putih tok ga pake lauk apa2..ketan juga suka.. Hidden Content
