    sebenernya kl hamil di trisemester pertama tuh kenaikan berat badan normal tuh brp kilo ya??? hiks... kok aku di bulan ke 3 ini uda naik 9 kg yaaa.... stress nih....

    blochi, katanya sih seminggu 1/2 kg.. total max 12 kg sampe lahiran.. tp ya realisasinya tergantung orang masing2.. gw ini 31 minggu udah 10 kg hehe..

    alice, iya katanya susu full cream itu emang bikin banyak naiknya.. gw juga bulan2 kmrn hampir tiap hari minum susu ultra/susu beruang sama ngemil keju, tiap bulan naek 4 kg.. huhu..

    hiks... brarti gw overdosis naiknya dong ya... hehehe.. padahal aku ngga minum susu lho.. soalnya ngga nahan enegnya..
    Duh.. trus gimana mo nahan laju naiknya berat badan ini ya?!? padahal makan nya ngga beda jauh dr sebelum hamil, tapi kok 3 bulan uda naik 9 kg ya...

    blochi, babynya sendiri perkembangannya gimana? kalo standar2 aja, berarti kemungkinan emang model yg bakatnya kalo makan lari ke emak Hidden Content .
    bisa dikurangin sih porsinya. sambil dipantau perkembangan bayinya. kalo bayinya jadi gak berkembang seperti sebelumnya, ya mau ga mau harus ngalahin sih emang. keep the current way.

    gw tau sebenernya susu hamil cuma bisa2 nya org kita aja, temen2 gw diluar bilang ga ada tuh yg jual susu hamil Hidden Content , yg penting tuh kita minum susu.. apa aja boleh Hidden Content

    tapiiiii.... dasar org2 yah suka komen ga penting, pada nanya minum susu hamil ga? yah secara awal2 hamil aja gw munmun mulu, disuruh minum susu hamil yah makin mun mun laaahhh Hidden Content , jadinya gw bilang minum susu ultra aja, sama milo, yg penting bisa masuk dulu deh.. eeehh pada nyalahin gw pantesan hamilnya kecil Hidden Content
    yaudin drpada disalahin gw paksain lah tuh minum susu hamil, itupun br rutin nya pas 18w ampe skrg, itupun cuma 1x sehari aja.. (+kl inget), dan tetep gw selingin sama milo and ultra kesukaan gw Hidden Content

    numpang curhat sekalian yah...
    event gw dah naik 11 kg in 24w, tapiii tetep aja yah org komen nya ga ngenakin.. gw dibilang hamilnya kecil Hidden Content , gimana gw bilang kalo gw hamilnya kembar yah? makin ga ngenakin aja deh tuh komen2 nya org2 Hidden Content

    sebelll deh,, padahal yg nanya itu dulu hamil total naiknya ampe lahiran cuma 12 kg, tapi emang dasar nya udah gendut yah walo naik total cuma 12 kg tetep aja bakal keliatan gede banget Hidden Content

    Silvi,santai aja say..cuekin aja org2 itu..gw sendiri jg gitu kok..hamil udh 17w tp baru naik 2kg hehehe semua org pada blg,aduh ga keliatan hamilnya,kecil bgt..bodo amat deh..ini badan2 gw kok,yg ngerasain jg gw,bukan mereka..plus perkembangan baby gw jg so far ok,jd gw santai2 aja..
    Inget aja klo tiap ibu kan beda dan semua yg jalanin kan kita,jd selama kita nya nyaman,ya anggep lalu aja semua komen org Hidden Content

    Kemaren cek ke dokter sih baby nya ukurannya 4,4 cm. Kata dokternya babynya normal. Tapi gw beneran worry soal naik 9 kg dalam jangka wkt 2 bulan ini. Trus gw mesti diet gimana caranya ya?!? Ada yg bisa bantu ga soal pola makan yg seharusnya gimana?

    Blochi, setau gue agak susah untuk nahan laju kenaikan berat badan pas hamil apalagi setelah trimester dua dan tiga, tp biasanya sih di dua trimester terakhir itu, naiknya juga karena bayinya kan bertambah besar. Mungkin gak usah ngurangin makanan tp jenis makanannya kali ya yg diperhatikan. Sebenernya prinsipnya sih sama aja kayak makan sehat biasa:

    - Jangan terlalu banyak gula
    - Konsumsi karbohidrat kompleks (pasta, gandum2an,)
    - Makanan yg banyak zat besi untuk merangsang pertumbuhan sel darah merah (tuna, sarden, beef, peas, kentang, dll)
    - Asupan kalsium (susu, tofu, keju, yogurt, dll)
    - Buah2an dan sayur2an
    - Air putih

    Banyak kok artikel ttg nutrisi yg sehat selama kehamilan. Nanti gue coba cariin linknya ya blochi. Yg penting gak usah terlalu khawatir sih, kalo kamu stress ntar malah bayinya ikutan stress loh Hidden Content Tenang aja, yg penting usahain makanan yg masuk itu yg sehat buat kamu dan bayinya..

    blochi, iya ga usah dibawa stress krn menurut gw itu sesuatu yg di luar kuasa kita.. yg penting babynya sehat dan kita makannya juga cukup n bergizi..

    High risk foods :
    1. Ready to eat seafood, such as smoked fish and smoked mussles, oysters or raw seafood such as sashimi or sushi.
    2. Pre-prepared or stored salads, including coleslaw and fresh fruit salad
    3. drinks made from fresh fruit and/or vegetables where washing procedures are unknown (excluding pasteurised or canned juices)
    4. Pre-cooked meat products which are eaten without further cooking or heating, such as pate, sliced deli meat, including ham, strass and salami, and cooked diced chicken (as used in sandwich shops)

    gw kmaren ini abis makan yoghurt kok prut agak sakit ya? Gw skitar 4weeks pregnancy... Risky gak si makan yoghurt?     moopiechan, yogurt boleh kok setau gue, malah disarankan buat nambahin asupan kalsium. Kalo gue suka sakit perut abis makan yogurt karena asem dan gue ada maag..

    Silvi, naek 11 kg dalam 24 wks kan sebenernya udah banyak. Tapi karena kamu awalnya kurus jadi mungkin skr ga begitu keliatan yaa.. Cuekin aja komentar orang2, yg penting kamu dan baby kan sehat.. Hidden Content

    Gw skr 20 weeks, dari kemaren bermasalah terus sama perut. Gassy, heartburn, dan sekarang diare. Emang sih gw akuin gw kurang ngontrol makanan. Semua yg ada di rumah gw sikat. Minum yogurt dan teh, asemnya bikin perut gassy. Minum susu, laktosanya bikin perut bergejolak. Makanan nasi dan lauk pauknya juga sukses bikin gw heartburn. Kalo ngga makan, ya ngga mungkin lah ya..
    Gw jadi bingung, makanan seperti apa yg aman untuk lambung gw, sementara selera makan yg gila2an ini tetep ngga berubah..
    Ada yg punya pengalaman yg sama?

    Ms geey,dirimu punya maag kah? Gw jg ada maag dan itu yg bikin 3 bln pertama gw susah makan krn mengalami hal yg sama lo sebut di atas..tp skg udh 21w (deketan nih kita),syukurnya semua itu ilang,kecuali si susu..perut gw jd kembung2 ga jelas eneg2 gitu abis minum susu..makan manado aja yg pedes gw tahan lho hehehe

    Mungkin bisa dicoba makannya pelan2,sedikit2 tp sering,hindarin asem n pedes..lebih byk asupan protein membantu jg kali ya?

    silvy....g juga pas hamil pertama minum susu milo andalanku, anak g lahir 3.4 tuh. Yang penting susu lagiiii....terserah deh orang mau ngomong apa, heheheh....

    affi pengen coba ah minum teh jahe, soalnya kehamilan pertama g munmun sampe hampir 5 bulan dan yg sekarang naga2nya sama deh ;( hikssss....

    ada saran apa lagi ya buat makanan penghilang mual? oot nggak sih? maap yak....
