Default Canada : Studying, Working, Living in any province

so far, g udah coba assessment di canadavisa.com katanya ga nyampe 67 point jadi susah dapet work permit kecuali udah dpt job offer dari sana.
trus, banyak org bilang kanada itu enak banget buat tinggal, tp tadi siang nemu website notcanada.com walah menderita bener hidup disana ...
plus, kabarnya aplikasi visa kanada juga lama.

adakah org indo disana yg bisa bantu cari job offer hehe

darling & bea thanks udah sharingg & give suggestions.

Kayaknya sih nggak sepanas Toronto ya karena dia deket laut so the climate is temperate.

Kalo soal malls, toko asia dkknya seinget gw sama2 aja dua2nya deh.... sama2 China Townnya meriah.

Driving in Vancouver was a bit difficult for me as there are too many one-way streets!

    Hi Hi..

Cant really say much about actually living in Canada.
But my hubby and I did just come back from a week-long vacation there 3 weeks ago.

We went to Vancouver and spent the first four days of our trip in Whistler.

I think we both fell in love with both places.
Vancouver is just plain gorgeous ! Scenery nya amazing. Stanley park is really just pretty.
And food nya juga enak2 banget. One of the best places we went to was this japanese place called "GUU WITH GARLIC".
    Harus kesanaa deh =)

Terus Whistler juga bagus banget buat ski-nya. And relatively deket banget sama Vancouver. I think you can actually visit Whister both in the winter and also during the warmer months if you really enjoy outdoor activities like mountain biking and skiing/snowmobiling.

One downside that I realized living in Canada is the high taxes.
Buat shopping you get taxed both dari national govt and the province nya yah ? Di vancouver kalo gak salah tax nya 12% deh.
Harga property and property tax juga mahal.

dina_nita if I were you, I would go to Vancouver. It's gorgeous. Nggak bakal bosen tinggal di sana menurut gue hehe. Sayangnya cuaca sering kurang mendukung, sering ujan bok.
