    PIIT28 ini relatif baru krn baru ada sejak Maret2016. Program workout yg dciptakan oleh Cassey Ho, pendiri Blogilates.. PIIT stands for Pilates Intense Interval Training. Cassey combined Pop Pilates with HIIT. 28mins 40secs a day, for 28 days..

    Kalo kita purchase PIIT28 ($39) ini kita dapat ebooknya PIIT28 1.0 and ebook Flexy, serta account utk log in d web piit28.com utk akses video2nya. Ada 11rutinitas utk 28hari itu, 1rutinitas trdiri dari 7gerakan yg harus diulang sampe 4rounds, 1gerakan 45dtk diikuti 15dtk break. Kemudian antar round'nya ada break 10dtk. 6 kalo seminggu n 1hari utk rest day..

    Di ebooknya djelasin tiap gerakan itu otot apa aja yg dtarget and ada modifikasi2 gerakan utk beginner.. Yg ebook Flexy isinya warm up and stretch utk after workout..

    That's a little explanation about PIIT28, now on to my review: aku dah joined sjk 1maret. Dr yg dulunya ga pernah olahraga, lebih milih bobo n baru mulai sadar kesehatan sjk akhir des tahun lalu. Kenal Blogilates sjk januari, ngikutin free videosnya d youtube and her Beginner's 2.0 calendar. Awal ikut PIIT kuatir jg kalo ga bakal kuat trus brhenti tengah jalan. Awal2 memang ngos2an banget krn ga biasa ama HIIT, tp workout sambil ngikutin Cassey d video itu bikin semangat. Kuat banget dia tetep ngoceh kasih supports sambil lompat2 gitu.. 1mgg pertama lgs krasa celana jeans yg sesak jd pas banget, celana yg pas malah jd kedodoran. Pinggang jg jd lebih ramping. Jd semangat deh nglanjutin. Setelah 4mgg lengan jd mengecil, perut lebih rata. N yg krasa banget itu otot kaki jd lebih kuat.. Seneng bangettt..

    Skrg aku masih nglakuin PIIT28 yg round2. Utk round2 Cassey nambahin video flat ab fix yg perlu dlakuin tiap hari stlh PIIT and stronger utk rest days.. Jadinya sich 1jam ya kira2, tp dah trlanjur suka jd lanjut terus, hehe..

    Adakah FDer lain yg dah join PIIT28?

    Finished round2 a couple days ago, felt great!! My abs are getting flatter, wonder if i routinely do the flat ab fix 1.0 since day29 maybe i'll already achieve my dream abs, lol.. Tp bisa finished round2 aja dah happy mengingat bulan ini penuh dgn ujian, hehe.. Mau mulai round3, dapet kabar kalo mau ada PIIT 2.0, so excited for this!!!

    Mau update fitness journeyku.. bulan Juni kemarin aq main badminton rumahan, without proper warm up or shoes n i hurt my knees, lutut kiri n kanan. And i made it worse by being a smart a** n when to see a friend of mine who's studying rehabilitasi medik instead of going to consult a specialist. After 2 weeks my knees still in pain so i went to him again n he performed ultrasound therapy. That day my knees hurts so much n i'm limping. Then i decided to see orthopedic, a real specialist this time. No fancy treatment, just to put ice n no exercise for 2 weeks. Naughty me can't take the fact i can't exercise so i still did abs n arms workout n sometimes the workouts strained my knees. These made my recovery became a very long one. finally i give up n don't do any exercise. What amazed me is the fact that my body still in shape, i still got the flat tummy n toned arms. I did not clean eating, i eat what i want. I admit the beginning of my injury i scroll through kayla itsines's ig n wanting to try BBG because of all the amazing transformation pics. But now i'm back on my PIIT 1.0 bcause i know that ot works, both physically n mentally. Whether it's PIIT28 or BBG, i think both are good n have amazing community that supports each other..

    i'm on first week of PIIT 1.0, but i still omit all the hopping and jumping. Am focusing on the correct form to prevent further or other injury. Also now i always do the warm up n stretching before n after each PIIT workout, something i'm lazy to do before..

    Kyaknya ntar thread ini jadi kayak personal fitness journeyku ya LOL.. Eniwei, setelah 5 hari mulai PIIT lg, i pulled my hamstrings, on both legs. Konyol bangett deh.. Gara2 pas warm up videonya macet jd kurang optimal. Akibatnya rest lg 4 hari.. Slain hamstrings, aq jg ngrasa hip flexorku yg kiri ketarik jg.. 2 hari ini dah mulainlg, dgn proper warm up tp hip flexor kiri yg uda membaik itu ketarik lg.. Agak bingung jg salah d mana kok bs ketarik trs.. Warmup uda, stretching jg uda.. Jadinya kompres2 lg deh..

    Hi, aku baru mampir ke thread ini nih.. Langsung tertarik karena 2 hal: pertama krn memang lagi browsing2 workout program, kedua karena baca ceritamu ttg konsul ke residen rehab medik & aku juga residen rehab medik Hidden Content
    Itu program latihan tiap hari satu sesinya brp lama? Trus kamu beli yg 28 day resetnya jg ga?

    hiii... Lg residensi d mana say? Salam kenal ya..
    Intinya sich 28mnt 40detik aja, kalo dgn warm up n stretching nambah skitar 15mnt.. Nanti d round2 ada tambahan abs workout skitar 20mnt tp itu optional kok.. Kalo utk yg 28 day reset aku ga ambil krn pikirku resep2nya kn resep bule n bahan2nya sulit dapet or mahal, hehe.. Waktu 3bulan pertama itu aku switch nasi k oats aja.. Kalo sekarang tetep nasi krn aku ga pengen lose weight. PIIT ini ngefek banget soalnya utk nurunin berat..

    Aku di Jakarta.. Oo sekitar stgh jam smp 3/4 jam.. Ga terlalu lama jg ya, sepertinya mampu laksana nih hahaha.. Jd makon tergoda.
    Iya jg sih kl utk pengaturan makan bs cari alternatif lain selain program 28 day reset itu.
    Wahhh jd makin pengen nih. Makin sering nonton si Cassey jd makin mupeng pengen memperbaiki bentuk badan nih hahaha

    belinya d webnya piit28 say... Bisa buka web blogilates, nanti ada linknya.. Skitar 500rb rupiah dapet pdf n akses k forumnya piit28, bs liat videonya jg.. Worth it sich mnrtku.. Aku sblmnya nglakuij videonya yg pop pilates, tp lebih suka piit sich.. Lebih cepet ngefek jg..

    Update my PIIT journey, aku dah 2minggu nglakuin round4.. Tp spertinya 6x/minggu a bit too much for my recovering knees.. Jd sepertinya aku harus switch up my program., trtarik ama bbg jg sich krn hanya 3x/mgg resistance trainingnya.. Ato tetep piit dgn frekuensi yg kukurangi..

    Klo PIIT ini byj gerakan loncat2 ga? Gw lg memilih milih mau antara kayla ato sama casey. Cuma klo yg bbg kynya byk loncatnya sedangkan gw prefer yg ga terlalu loncat2. Takut cedera lutut soalnya...
