Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
result oriented.. soalnya paling sebel kalo disuruh sesuatu terus pake dijelasin detil2nya musti gimana2. Makanya kalo aku pake sopir dia suka aku diemin aja. Aku cuma bilang.. pak, saya butuh cepet, tapi jangan ngebut2, lewat mana aja terserah bapak Hidden Content .

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
kerjaan juga begitu, karena result tergantung pada asumsi yang digunakan. the challenge is to always improve and refine the assumptions/model/the way of doing it to make it as realistic/efficient/etc as possible--the results follow.

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
wahh gw salut banget ama lo, Len Hidden Content gw malah kebalikan dari lo (yg tentang ujian, hehe) gw berusaha masuk pas ujian biar ga disuruh ujian susulan --essay dan pasti lbh susah-- oops, sorry OOT.
errr dulu gw termasuk org yg result oriented, mgkn krn blm kerja kali ya, jd taunya yg lagi dijalanin aja.. sistem belajar SKS, begadang2 rela ga tidur krn biasanya lbh cepet hafal klo mepet2 (aduh contoh yg buruk).. akhirnya kesehatan jadi drop!! krn terlalu maksain diri..
skrg uda mulai melihat2 process.. krn dgn sakit yg skrg, gw ngerasa "ditampar" utk berubah, dan untungnya gw ketemu therapist (sahabat gw sendiri) yg bisa membuat gw sadar..
setuju ama ragil, biarpun resultnya ga sesuai yg diharapkan, setidaknya bisa belajar dari kesalahan biar ga terulang lagi..FERDA Shoes - JUNE PROMO: Special price! || Wanna piece of me?

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
Thanks ya buat semua yg udh ngasih opini disini, terutama velasss, yg udh ngejelasin panjang kali lebar kali tinggi Hidden Content

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
kalo gue kayaknya a bit of both. di kantor, gue sangat appreciated kalo kantor gue ngeliat performance kita based on result. they don't care how i do my job as long as i can deliver the job on time and with good result. it's good for me as an employee, apalagi kalo gue berperan sebagain individual contributor, jadi gue bener2 bisa ngatur waktu gue sendiri. gue mau dateng ke kantor siang, pulang cepet, selama kerjaan beres, ga bakal ada yang komplen.
however, as an employer, of course they also want the shop runs based on high productivity, high efficiency, etc. nah kalo udah gini, mereka juga butuh ngeliat dari process nya. for example, if i can produce my work on time.. misalnya at 4 hours as they have expected, then it's good. they don't care how. but at the same time, whenever they know that within that 4 hours, i could actually streamline the process by making it more efficient and cost-saving process, better right? so in that way they always try to improve the process to get a better result.
and for that i think, both process & result will always go hand-in-hand.
as for myself personally, in the beginning i always want to know and improve my process first. if i know and understand the process correctly, then i can improve the result too. again, it's always the two together, never separately.

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
PROCESSSSS
hidup sekali.
mati sekali.
kalau kita ga ngerasa "hidup"...
what for?
for what?
kayak naik roller coaster...
just simple.
hidup adalah proses.
kehidupan adalah menikmati proses..
*cyahhhhhh....
hehehe

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
untuk urusan pekerjaan, at least in my field, perlu dua2nya. penting untuk selalu improve process yg diambil supaya jadi lebih bagus/lebih cepat, tapi tetep ga losing sight at the end goal (result). jadinya ada balance antara efficiency and effectivness.
begitu juga dlm personal life. semakin tambah umur semakin gw bisa appreciate bahwa segala sesuatu itu ngga cuma hasil akhirnya aja yg penting, tapi processnya sendiri juga harus dienjoy. biarpun goal yg dinginkan tercapai atau ga tercapai, there is always lesson learnt. it could be applied the next time or even to other aspects of life. atau mungkin kalo ada kesalahan, lain kali ga diulangi lagi. jadi gw yg dulunya mungkin lebih result oriented sekarang jadi lebih balance. i'm happier this way, too.. Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
well...menurut gwe sih tergantung kebutuhan ya..
rencana buat proses pengerjaan tugas gitu penting banget buat gwe...
karna kalo gak gitu biasa gwe suka ngelantur kemana2...
otomatis kadang resultnya jadi gak bener...
dan menurut gwe, kalo prosesnya udah bener, udah bagus...90% resultnya pasti oke..
kalopun sampe gak bagus, ya itu external problems lah...
tapi,kerjaan gwe menuntut RESULT oriented..
jadi ya sekarang as long as hasilnya memuaskan...processnya mau gimana ya flexible aja..Wardrobe Cleaning : Please check my items at mini sale clothing and mini fashion accesories (zara, hugo boss, melissa, etc) :)

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
as much as i try to become a "process oriented" person, still i cling to my "result oriented" way of thought. Having said that, the end does not justify the means.
In work and in my daily living, i always picture the result that i desire. Then i will think about the process that i would need to go through to get to the target. There are a lot of options, so I would have to determine which way to go through, the set a back up plan. Most of the time, I get to where I want to be. If i don't get there, I believe that a better result will be given to me. I must admit, that the process did play a huge role in determining whether or not we get to the "result" that I want to achieve. The more i enjoy the process, the better the result would be.
There is not one particular easy way to answer this question...so i hope this would suffice..

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
result oriented, tp depend juga sih, kl emang processnya itu significant bgt ya, process and result oriented both.
kl di kerjaan gw sekarang both of them are required. tp personally gw sebenernya result oriented type of person.

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?

Re: Process or Result Oriented ?
