    Hai semuanya kebetulan seminggu yang lalu aku baru saja di tawari accor baca sana sini komennya negatif semua hufh tapi pas baca fd kok jadi minat yah, oh iya kalian jadi member accornya itu ketemu langsung sama orangnya apa tf uang member terus nanti kartunya dikirim kerumah apa gimana aku rada bingung dan takut kan lumayan 2,3 hehehehe

    Iya nih karena baca forum jadi kepengen juga ikutan membership. Dulu pernah ditawarin tp gara2 orangnya agresif banget jadi takut sendiri haha. Skrg harganya brp ya, masih 2.3 jt ga

    baru2 ini saya juga ditawari accor advantage plus 2.6juta.tp masih maju mundur, takutnya ngga kepake secara maksimal atau ada kesulitan booking.biasalah,,biasanya marketing kan emang enak ngomong di muka...

    Kayaknya ga update ya disini. Cuma mau sharing aja ni, baru 3 minggu jadi member accor plus. Tp sial dpt marketing yg ga helpful. Ditanya apa, jawabnya apa. Gue paling ga suka sama orang yg gerak dibidang jasa tapi cuma kepengen uang dan ga peduli sama service after sales.

    Jadinya saya sekarang coba cari tahu sendiri. Walau mungkin kedepannya rugi karena ga tau ada info2 diskon atau promo lainnya. Cukup deh 1x aja jd member accor selama 1th kedepan. Walau banyak review positif.

    Sekarang gue jg lg kesusahan karena salah info email, uda request perubahan email. Dlm waktu 24 jam uda direspon by email. Sayangnya sampe detik ini (dari tanggal 2 juli 2016), saya request untuk password log in website accor, masih blm di reply email saya. Positif thinking aja kl marketing dan website accor uda libur dr hari sabtu tgl 2 juli 2016 hingga lebaran. Tapi lucu aja hotel chain sebesar accor, sistem web nya ga 24 hours & 7 days a week.

    i'm an accor member baik yang paid (accor advantage) dan yang earned (consistently gold or platinum level in the past 5-6yrs).
    yes, benefits nya bisa digabung. kartunya juga bisa digabung.

    to be precise:
    free nights berlaku cuma di APAC region, not around the world. pretty sure about it.

    so if you wanna redeem in japan or australia or asia tenggara, selama ada availability ya ok. but you can't redeem free nights dari accor plus di europe misalnya.

    n this is one of the major difference between accor plus (paid) and accor le club (earned loyalty).
    when in APAC, i can redeem free nights certificate. anywhere else, gue bisa redeem points yg gue dapet dari accor le club.

    same thing for upgrade.
    accor plus upgrade voucher cuma berlaku di indonesia. but if you have accor le club status within gold (30 nights per year) or platinum (60 nights per year, cmiiw) level, room upgrades based on availability is automatically done. late checkout based on availability.
    for info, i've had very good upgrade history with accor hotels in APAC and europe. kalo hotel yg sering gue datengin dulu ampe udah kenal, kayak pullman central park, itu udah beberapa kali mereka langusng kasi kita double upgrades ke suite.

    setelah di drive in the past several years, accor worldwide dari pengalaman gue is very good in recognizing elite benefits.
    terakhir gue redeen le club points gue for 2 free nights di sofitel strasbourg (france), we paid almost nothing. n they still upgraded us into suite room.

    how about combining benefits? as i mentioned di atas, accor plus and accor le club benefits can be combined.
    contoh, kalo gue redeem free night di sofitel within APAC region misalnya. free night dari accor plus itu cuma bisa untuk tipe kamar paling rendah. tapi kalo pegang accor le club gold/platinum level, you'll be upgraded despite redeeming free night (subject to availability).

    upgrade chances are very good in non-peak season. dalam 3 taon terakhir gue ke accor's flagship property, cuma 1x gue ga di upgrade waktu redeem free night gue, n itupun hotelnya visibly full.
    still, walopun mereka ga bisa upgrade gue karena ga ada availability, they still invite me to their lounge, yg accessible only to platinum members/premier/suite guests. say yes to champagne hour before dinner with piano accompaniment. you will not get this benefit with accor plus.

    last thing to note:
    accor is useful and has strong network especially within APAC (southeast asia especially, but china is also good i think. japan is bad.), and western europe esp. france.
    special note about australia: accor adopted too many (independent/small chain) properties bbrp taon lalu, n benefit recognition is not good. i hope sekarang udah berubah.

    therefore kalo loe banyak travel within this region, accor membership is good to have.
    however kalo loe banyak travel misal ke US, where accor footprint is poor...then accor membership is almost useless. you're better of with hyatt or maybe even SPG (which will be absorbed to marriott soon).

    i guess this will change a bit setelah taon ini mereka finalize merger mereka ama fairmont dan raffles, but we'll see.
    i'm looking forward to see how accor plus n accor le club is incorporated to fairmont n raffles hotels.

    @Hidden Content : cres, dari kemarin gue mau curhat soal accor service ini. Bener2 disaster bgt service mereka. Jadi tgl 30 Juni hari Kamis, dpt email dari Accor untuk activation new email, dikasi link untuk aktivasinya dgn note 2x24 jam kl ga diaktifin, hangus.

    Tgl 1 Juli hari Jumat, gue klik activation link nya. Ga berfungsi sama sekali. Ga mungkin uda hangus karena baru 1x24 jam kn. Akhirnya gue telp Accor CS antara jam 10-11 pagi (lupa), dijawab harus pemegang kartu yg konfirmasi. Emang gue daftar atas nama suami.

    Gue tanya, jam 12 siang standby ga cust service nya? Dijawabnya "Jam 1 siang - 2 siang kosong, bu. Karena jam istirahat"
    Gue tanya lagi "kalau diatas jam 5? karena suami saya kerja dikantor". Dijawab "kita hanya sampai jam 5 sore, bu"

    Disini aja gue uda lumayan heran lho. Untuk Hotel Chain sebesar Accor, customer servicenya ga ada yg standby? Ada jam-jam dimana CS ga bisa handle klien sama skl?

    Terus suami gue telp jam 12 siang, telp sampe puluhan kali, no answer. Padahal sebelumnya dibilang jam 1-2 siang jam istirahatnya. Akhirnya nyerah dan gue coba ulang klik link activation email plus bolak balik klik forget password. Tanggal 4 Juli hari senin gue coba telp CS nya lagi, no answer (gue telp jam 12.00 dan jam 16.00 lewat).
    Uda kesel banget, tanggal 5 Juli hari selasa, gue email ke Accor CS. No reply at all.

    Sampaaaaaaiiiii....tanggal 11 Juli hari Senin, baru mereka reply email gue. Gue ngerti tgl 6-7 Juli itu libur lebaran. Tapi Accor ini bergerak di bidang jasa perhotelan lho, sumpah aneh bgt kl CS mereka ikut liburan layaknya klien2 mereka yg lagi on holiday.

    Pertanyaannya : KALAU misalnya bookingan kita error ketika tanggal merah, lalu CS di indo juga lagi ON HOLIDAY. Terus nasib klien Accor indo macam apaaaa??? hahahahahahaha

    ATAU kalau kita sampai disuatu negara yang punya perbedaan waktu dengan Indonesia, dimana di Indonesia sudah malam, lalu bookingan kita error. Lalu nasib klien Accor Indo macam apaaaa??? Ga ada yg bisa nolongin hahahahaha Hidden Content

    Dan ga sampai disitu aja. CS nya Accor yang PIC nya namanya Chandra, gue email menanyakan alamat web accor untuk pemegang member dari Indo. No reply at all.
    Mungkin bagi Pak Chandra pertanyaan gue, pertanyaan bodoh, jadi dia males reply email gue. Tapi plis lah, coba aja lu googling, web accor itu banyak bgt sampe gue bingung yg mana yg dipake buat nge booking. Apalagi gue member baru.

    Plis lah Accor Indo, jangan cuma maunya duit, kejar target dsb. Tapi service nya suck banget Hidden Content Hidden Content Hidden Content

    Aku jd inget pengalaman aku pas bulan Mei kemarin

    Aku si kecewa ketika aku pake ini kartu di Paris
    Booking Mercure tour eifel, 3malam. Mgkn karena kita pake kartu accor, jdnya dikasi kamar yang ac-nya rusak
    Dan ga cuma 1malam aja loh.
    Dalam 3malam, aku ganti kamar ampe 3kali.
    Kebayang kan repotnya pindahin barang. Beda lantai pula.
    Dikomplein ac rusak dari malem, teknisi dateng dan bilang ga rusak. Tapi ga mau ngaku.

    Pas mau check out kita komplain dong ke resepsionis, kita dikasi kamar rusak 2x (kita sebutin no kamarnya)
    Masa dijawabnya emang itu kamar rusak
    Wth! Bener2 kesel bgt digituin

    Bagi saya si itu pengalaman yang buruk banget. Karena ga bs enjoy karena kepanasan di kamar hotel.

    selain LeClub adakah bu ibu yang juga SPG, IHG, atau HH? Diantara SPG, IHG, HH yang mana ya yang kira2 benefit dan service nya paling oke? semisal destinasi yang paling sering dikunjungi adalah Eropa-Asia, chain mana yang jadi favorit? diriku kemungkinan akan sering hoping, pengen ngincer HH D tapi katanya ngga ada tier diatas D lagi, kira2 worthy ngga kalo ngejar HH D? tia!

    not expert on the 3 programs that you mentioned, tapi gue share aja sejauh yg gue tau soal SPG.

    overall (very) good rewards. SPG points are very valuable.

    starwood is small chain, but good footprints including around (western) europe and east/southeast asia. esp. if you're into more luxury properties (e.g. st regis, W, westin).
    lower priced hotels i'm not too sure, paling middle of nowhere with identity crisis (that means little standard across the world kayak sheraton). on their own, i don't think they have budget arm like accor. well, ini ngepek ato enggak semau tergantung dari travel pattern kamu.

    i said "on their own" karena starwood just finished merger with marriott, making marriott the largest chain of hotels in the world, bigger than IHG.
    overtime sih most people suspect karena SPG program lebih kecil...in the end bakal di merge ke marriott program, walopun gak instant process nya. that means SPG may be less rewarding in the future.

    in the meantime, SPG program is still business as usual.
    refer below to all 31 hotel brands now owned by marriott, after starwood merger. they still belong to their own respective loyalty program.
