    today...naik turun tangga banyak banget rasanya...
    secara disekolah locker gw di lantai 2..udah gitu tiap pelajaran ganti kelas...

    mana tadi disuruh foto copy jauuuh banget...

    exercise ga sih tuuh??

    hr ini makannya jor-joran banget deh, tepatnya udah seminggu belakangan, late nite snacking yg membuat smangat exercise di paginya..

    Jadi tadi itu
    treadmill: 45 menit
    weight lifting (Arms): kayaknya around 3-4sets
    sit up
    yoga

    pagi2 dateng telat jalan cepet pake hi-heels ngelilingin gedung 4 lantai nyari kelas pengganti !! *pheHidden Content ternyata engga ada kelasnya, lari2lah gue ke kelas reguler gue. *pengsan*

    trus fitness
    - treadmill 25 menit
    - maen 2 alat buat perut, 1 alat 3x15.

    kemaren sculpting pilates 25 menit. ntar nyobain stepper ahh..

    tangan dan kaki sih udah berasa lebih kenceng. tapi perasaan berat badan kok nambah yah, semoga gara2 otot yg lebih berat..
