    Kalo sekarang gue ngga terlalu rajin. Dulu gue pernah 3 bulan pake stepper, (tapi bukan yang di pic itu), berat gue turun 4 kg, sehari 1,5 - 2 jam, ngga pake diet. Setiap 30 menit gue istirahat 10 menit, trus ulang lagi, sampe steppernya jebol (patah gitu). Temen2 gue sih ngga percaya kalo gue turunnya 4 kg, karena susutnya keliatan banyak banget, mungkin beratnya pindah ke otot.

    Tapi cape banget gil, gue dulu beli karena murah aja, cuma kira2 600-700 rebu. 5 menit pertama aja otot kayaknya udah ketarik-tarik. Keringetnya segede-gede jagung.

    Tosss dulu rully7apr, gw jg ngurus anak batita 2.

    Tp gw jg ditambah naik turun 32 anak tangga sehari at least 1 kali sehari. Bukan karena rajin, tp karena "harus begitu" secara gw tinggal di flat 3 lantai, tanpa lift & flat gw ada di lantai 3. Kadang2 pake acara gendong anak segala... menurut gw ini udah cukup exercise buat gw.
