    masalah barbel...daku memutuskan engga dulu deh

    gua bilank si kalo barbel ringan2 gitu ga bakalan bikin kekar yah. kecuali ampe yang berat2 kaya ikut body pump. yahh yang sekilo gitu sih oke la.

    hari ini... exercise guaa angkat2 botol minum. hehehe. maklum di kantor mo olah raga apa. jadi itu satu2nya olah raga biar lengan gua bisa tonned up dikit

    Natz body pump ga mesti ngangkat yg berat2 kok, dulu gw pas masih rajin banget ngikut kelas body pump, gw cuma ngangkat 2.5 di kiri ama 2.5 di kanan soalnya mnrt gw berat segitu udah cukup untuk gw, walopun ama gurunya selalu di push tiap minggu ato bbrp minggu sekali untuk naikin beratnya
    UPDATED!!! SHOES, CLOTHES, JEWELRY ETC VERY CHEAP!!

    kmaren terpaksa "olahraga" jalan kaki...soalnya tiba2 bajaj yang kutumpangi mogok....alhasil harus jalan sampe ke tempat tujuan, soalnya nanggung kalo naek kendaraan lagi..huhuhu
    lumayan lah itung2 threadmill..hihihihi

    karena lagi concern untuk shaping perut dan lengan udah 2 bulan ini tiap hari (klo inget sih..Hidden Content ) gw latian barbel masing2 dua kilo dengan variasi gerakan pengencangan otot bahu dan trisep, dilanjutin dengan variasi sit up (sambil nonton instruksi dari video) 10 menit-an dan main hulla hoop 10 menit.. klo lagi rajin (yah rajinnya paling cuman seminggu sekali sih..) main alat cardio yang kebetulan dirumah ada satu cross trainer sekuatnya aja... biasanya 15-20 menit... lumayan lah ya.. hehe2Hidden Content

    -treadmill 25 mins
    -rowing machine, workout station, leg press, 3kg dumbbells..

    Darling, akhirnya tadi gue ke gym tapi buru2, cuman lari doang 30 menit trus cabut... Tnyata pulang2 my hubby ngundang temennya dinner disini.. Akhirnya gue masak gulai kepala ikan, daging paprika pedas, bakwan jagung, donat, plus keluarin stock korma oleh2 dari temen yang orang mesir.. Huhu.. padahal rencananya malam ini cuman mo makan apel doang.. Ini aja sambil ngetik sambil makan korma.. (and it`s not even ramadhan!)Hidden Content
