What Exercise(s) Did You Do Today?
ayukk, mari kita saling memotivasi biar tambah rajin olah raga. daripada diet ngga makan, minum obat yg aneh2, suntik ini itu.. Hidden Content
contoh aktivitasnya bisa ke gym (plus work out-nya ngapain aja), naik sepeda, running around the park, walking the pets, pilates, yoga, dance class, capoeira, basket, atau apa aja.. plus tulis juga olahraganya itu berapa lama durasi/time/repetition-nya. let's be healthy, toned and sculpted! ha! gue olah raga kalau lagi mau. Dulu sebelum hamil yg ke 2, gue ikutan tennis league, jadi paling engga 2 kali seminggu tennis. Sekarang gue ikutan 10K run, jadi musti training (ampir tiap hari lah lari) 3.5 miles.
terus gue juga ikutan karate class 1 minggu 2x.
darling, lo jalan cepet ya? 15km=1.5 jam....hebat euy! gue yg (ceritanya) lari..bukanlah cuma jogging sih... itu 10km (6.2 miles) paling cepeeeet 1 jam 5 menit, itu pun udah training berapa minggu...huehehe payah ya gue.Please join ; https://groups.google.com/d/forum/cielbags to get updates for new arrivals and sales from CieL Bags.

susah yg namanya olahraga rutin... biasanya termotivasi kalo baru liat org yg badannya bagus ato harus attend acara tertentu.. tapi g kaloinget biasanya sit up and push up aja..
