    Apakabar semua? Ceki2 trit ini udah lama ya aku ga laporan.. liat postku tahun lalu jadi inget lagi hihi.. tahun 2019 back on track lagi, 2 hari kemaren rest day, wkwk.. entah kenapa klo puasa bawaannya mau ambil rest day, hari ini harus gerak, semangat..

    Agak HIIT gitu tapi cocok bwt yg sibuk/ga punya waktu/mager XD

    Mau laporan setelah ngilang 3 bulanan terlena sama sedentary lifestyle.. Kemaren main freeletics yg Agon, sdh lama ga squat paha jadi bergetar klo jalan/jongkok 😝 tapi seneng karena sdh balik olahraga lagi.. Aku jg pergi jogging berdua sama teman walaupun cuma seminggu sekali (dicocokin sama jadwal libur dia), sdh jalan sebulan.. Baru minggu ini aku tambahin olahraga sendiri di kost jg.. Mau aktifkan yoga lagi.. Malam ini rencananya stretching sebelum tidur.. Semoga body goals 2020 Amiiin. *tidak ada salahnya tiap tahun berharap siapa tahu beneran terwujud kan... Amiiin 3x hehe

    Hari ini mau nyelesaiin leg day nya Kayla itsines BBG 1.0 mau restart lagi di New Year Revolution 2020 hehe.. Kemaren sdh sampe week 3 atau 4 gitu + 4 week beginner. Moga percobaan kali ini bisa khatam sampai week 12 amiiin semangat 🙏

    Update lagi yaa.. BBG week 5 sdh selesai kira2 2 minggu yg lalu, skip week 6 full tugas deadline dll, motivasi sempet turun jadi makannya jg bablas, akhirnya baju sempit, minggu ini niat mau nyelesaiin week 6 insya Allah 💪 Tapi hari ini malah main zumba popilates 20 menit sama yoga 23 menit pake aplikasi. Okay good luck semuanya semoga resolusi 2020 tercapai Aamin 🙏🙌🙏

    @Hidden Content maaf ya aku lama ga buka forum 🙏 semoga kamu sehat selalu, tetap rajin olahraga, semangat dietnya.. Nggak, aku ga pro sama sekali.. Justru karena belum berhasil makanya sering coba2 semuanya 😭😅 masih mencari yg bisa aku enjoy dan fokus, ga gonta ganti gini.. Sekarang, lagi mencoba freeletics yg 7-days workout, menu latihannya bisa di cek di ig mereka.. Oh iya yg Chloe ting itu terkenal banget, aku cek di youtube banyak banget viewnya.. Pengen coba setelah aku selesai freeletics kayaknya insya Allah.. Sukses yaa.. 🙏

    Halo,, aq mw share pengalaman aq olga selama 2020, sampe aku akhirnya + hamil, jadi aq coba ikutin Chloe Ting yg abs 2 weeks program, aq gonta ganti kadang ikutin yg black pink chloe tinm seneng yg ada musik2nya jg, dan aq jg beli dumble ukuran 5kg, jd total 2dumble aq pake 10 kilo buat latihan tangan. Untuk yg chloe ting beneran loh perutku kempes trus tdnya ada gelambir di perut atas paha,,dan ilang dan aq berani bilang gini karena temen kantorku jg komen. Nah sebelumnya aq jg mau turunin berat badan dan ternyata berhasil turun 5 kg, kuncinya di rutinitas olah raga aja badan jadi entengan aq jg g terlalu diet ketat cm perhatiin asupan kalori aja.

    Sama mau tanya aq kan skrg hamil 2 months, apa disni ada yang pengalaman pregnancy workout? karena aq g boleh naik bb banyak karena bb ku msh over, jd paling disarankan 9 kg naiknya

    @Hidden Content semangat aq jg awalnya susah ikutin, aq ikut 2 weeks program awalnya 1 minggu terasa berat trus aq ikutin lanjut sampe sebulan lebih (kadang gonta ganti g khusus perut aja) lama2 jd ringan badannya bayangkan aq waktu itu bb 80, akhirnya bs sampe 75 kg,,aq suka dia karena dia share resep2 makanan sehat jg..
