Aku coba dengan yoga (atau apapun yg bisa bikin muscle).
Ditambah dengan makan protein. Jadi pembentukan muscle nya optimal..
Kalau dah punya muscle dalam jumlah yang cukup, mau makan apa aja bisa deh.
