FC=Food Combining. pagi sblm mkn/minum apapun ak minum perasan lemon dcampur sgelas air hangat. smp jam11 siang mkn 4 porsi buah (buah ap aja selain nangka/cempedak/durian, klo bs buah berair spt semangka/melon/jeruk. disebut 1 porsi kl ukuranny seukuran apel malang/jeruk ponkam). mkn siang (jam 12-13)/ mkn mlm kombinasi antara protein hewani+sayuran seluas 75% piring atau karbo+protein nabati+sayur seluas 50% piring. tdk mkn yg pk tepung, kurangi minyak n garam n perbyk mkn yg rebus2. sore jam 3 mkn buah 1 porsi. makmal jdwl mulai jam 5 smp jam 7 mlm. diatas jam 7 mlm hny blh minum air putih aja.workout pemanasan min.5mnt, olahraga inti min.30mnt, pendinginan min 5 mnt tiap hari.fitness blender pke pemanasan 'easy warm up cardio workout' lalu workout intinya pakai 'low impact cardio workout' dan ditutup dengan 'cool down and full body stretch'.kl workout inti tdk smp 30mnt, genapkan dg jogg in place (lari di tempat)/jumping jack. smg bermanfaat.^^
