jangan makan sayuran yang bs kembung, jalan dgn perut kembung sangat ga enak
banyak minum air putih dan hindari mie, karena bikin perut kembung juga sebenarnya.i like to be the right thing in the wrong space and the wrong thing in the right space.

Wah, asik banget nemu thread ini, tip2nya pas lg gw butuhin.
Ceritanya dah sebulan ini gw jaga pola makan n do excercise. So far so good, tapi libur Lebaran nanti gw bakal jalan2 ke luar negri ikut group tour.
Dah takut kalap aja klo breakfast di hotel gitu.

Selama ini klo liburan sama suami gue selalu naik 1-2 kilo., dia wisata kuliner bangeett
Pulang2 gue hrs kerja keras nurunin lg deh, tar gue cb deh utk minum banyak2 sblm makan..

nah ini nih. susahnya ngontrol diet kalau lg traveling , saya sangat suka kuliner. penuh godaan makanan yg aneh2. seringnya gagal. hiks

lagi travelling paling susah kalo menahan diri pas buffet breakfast
apalagi kalo stay di nice hotels where they serve GOOD BREAKFAST and you can have any egg any style OMG OMG

biasa lagi travelling gw malah lose kilos Hidden Content karena banyak gerak
justru bayangin ajaa abis pulang travel, you look fabbb! hahahha
makanan aneh2 kadang ga worth calories nyaaaa

Libur lebaran kemarin berat gue malah turun 1,1 kg, lumayan...
Caranya : minum air putih yg banyak, banyak jalan sambil gendong baby 11 bln, kurangi makan 5 jam sebelum tidur malam.

Tahan diri pas buffet breakfast makan wholewheat bread ajahh 2 slices
Pakein telor, no bacon, 1/4 serve cheese..
Atau kl tahan ga makan carbo solid

Kl mau cereal jgn yg bergula, milk jg skim

Btw d indo agak susah kl maw vegan
Countriea abroad lebi "aware" kyk gini2, plus produce wholefoods mereka kadang2 emang lebih unggul variantsnya in comparison to indo's

Kalo traveling agak longgar deh aturannya. Tapi tetap nyari yang namanya sayur, buah dan susu non fat. Kalo makan daging lemaknya disingkirkan ato kasi teman. Ya daripada melar lagi.
Breakfast di hotel emang menggoda banget. Selama ini biasanya nyantap omlet dan jus. Kalo lagi nafsu banget, semua diambil tapi dikit2. Jadi sepiring itu isinya mulai dari mi goreng, roti, telur terus tambah mangkuk bubur sama piring buah2an. Tapi porsinya petite semua kecuali buah.Last edited by tuscany; Sep 10, 2012 at 12:34 PM.

Paling diimbangin dgn breakfast yg lbh sehat: yogurt, buah, smoked salmon kalo ada.

iya, sayang bgt klo lg traveling yg jauh utk liburan tapi harus diet karna musti nahan makan .. paling gak icip2 dikit2 aja kali ya porsinya (nah ini nih yg susah) Hidden Content

Pusing nih,lg mw diet malah dapat dinas ke luar kota .mana klo makan siang ya se ketemunya ,makan sorenya jadi makan jam 9 itu juga seketemunya..aduh ada yg bisa bantu ga?
