quick update.
karena kmrn nimbang hari Jumat, jd memutuskan utk nimbang setiap hari Jumat biar kekontrol tiap minggu nya.
ini hasil nimbang di tmpt gym pake timbangan Tanita Body Composition Analyzer DC-360.
7 Okt 2016
TB/BB: 158cm/62,4kg (turun 1,3kg yay!)
Body Fat: 39,8% (turun 1,2% yay!)
Fat Mass: 24,8kg
FFM: 37,6kg
TBW: 43,3%
BMR: 1204kcal
BMI: 25
aku masih masuk kategori obese. huhu. wish me luck!

Hasil pengukuran Tanita Body Composition Analyzer BC - 418
kemarin 24 Oct 2016 sbb : (personally I dont really trust this machine, I prefer other references)
TB/BB: 160 cm/66.4 kg
Fat %: 37,4% (sblmnya 40.7%)
Fat Mass: 24.1 kg
FFM: 42.3 kg
TBW: 31 kg
BMR: 5389 kJ / 1288 kcal
Visceral Fat: 7 (sblmnya 9)
BMI: 25,9
Body fat percentage kalo ukur pake lingkar2 badan ini : Hidden Content hasilnya cuma 27% jauh banget yaahh...
sbnrnya sih aku lebih percaya yg hasil ukur2 lingkar badan karena kalo menurut Tanita, aku harus lose another 12 kilo fat nya untuk mencapai BF 21%. Ga kebayang sih kalo fat ku berkurang lagi sebanyak itu bakalan jadi apa aku.
Ini aja (menurut Tanita), fat udah berkurang 4 kilo (doang), tapi appearance overall sangat jauh berbeda, dari baju XL ke M. Nah kalo sekarang aku harus kehilangan 12 kilo lemak lagi, bakalan kyk penderita anoreksia kali, hahaha.....
@Hidden Content , udah coba ukur bodyfat pake lingkar2 badan belum? coba dulu deh...

untuk turunin body fat selain workout dan jaga makan perlu ditambah minum whey isolat gak sih? apa cukup workout tambah rutin biar body fat cepet turun

hasil ukur kemaren
tb/bb: 159 cm/ 58 kg
fat%: 20.5%
Lean body mass: 46.1 kg
Bmi: 22.9
aku measure body fat make timbangan sama ukur pake body fat caliper hasil nya cuma beda 1 persen sih.

whey isoslat bukan buat fat burn tapi dia kan asupan protein untuk membantu muscle recovery jadi lebih cepat. Kalo minum whey tapi ga push workout juga ga guna.

Pengukuran hari ini tgl 1 november, sebelumnya tgl 7 okt lalu
Syoookk.. rutin ngegym tpi body fat malah naik *nangis*
Bb 54.4 naik 2.2kg
Fat 29.7 %naik 2 %
Muscl 36kg naik 0.5kg
Fat mass naik 2kg
Tbw 48.3% turun turun 1%
Bmr 4849 kj/1159 kcal
Porsi makan seperti biasa..timbang jam 20.40 , selesai mens 4hari lalu seharusnya normal..stress liatnya, mesti gimana workoutnya ya perasaan kurusan tp malah naik.

Setelah workout 1 bulan (1 minggu 3x) dengan PT dan ukur pake tanita di gym tanggal 3 Februari 2017
TB: 152 cm
BB: 49.4 kg
BMI: 21.4
Waist: 74
Hip: 84
Body Fat: 28%
Visceral Fat: 2
BMI normal, tapi body fat-nya masih tinggi Hidden Content

Sebenernya lebih akuratan ngukur bf menggunakan apa? Apakah mesin seperti tanita atau menggunakan meteran? Biasanya beda berapa %? Kok aku coba ngukur menggunakan meteran hasilnya berbeda 2% dari yang menggunakan mesin.
