    edit: nimbang fat ka-ta-nya turun lagi ke 10.1 kg. timbangan emang aneh, n body fat measurement methods are notoriously inaccurate. makanya males ngegantungin segala2nya ke timbangan wkwkwk.

    tetep semangat si ya, pas puasa kemaren smepet nimbang berta kosong 60.5, thanks to lebaran dan hormones sempet ngangkat ke 61-62.
    tapi ahri ini uda stabil lagi ke 60.5

    mau jaga angka segini selama sebulan, baru mau nyoba turunin lagi.
    degree of obesitas aku tinggal 2 persen ini walau BMI uda 22.5

    pengen banget deh nimbang lagi, tapi takut mengetaui fakta body fat naik hahaha.

    Sekarang makin gencer olahraga karna dah makin deket hari h buat pake wed gown..

    Tinggi : 160 cm
    Berat : 58.3 (26/2), 56.2 (15/3), 53 (22/7), 54.5 (15/7/17)
    Perut : 80.5 (26/2), 76.5 (15/3), 75.5 (22/7), 72 (15/7/17)
    Pinggul : 92.5 (26/2), 91.5 (15/3), 91 (22/7), 90 (15/7/17)
    Lengan : 31.5 (26/2), 29.5 (15/3), 28.5 (22/7), 27.5 (15/7/17)
    Dada : 93 (26/2), 92.5 (15/3), 92 (22/7), 90 (15/7/17)
    Leher : 30.5 (22/7), 30.5 (15/7/17)

    Aku gak rajin ukur2, trakhir ukur tahun lalu. Hari ini pas ukur berat badan nambah tapi lingkar badan pada turun. Happy lingkar lengan nyusutnya lumayan, tapi lingkar dada?? Apa dadaku isi lemak semua kah sampe turun bnyk..

    Ladies, mau nanya, ada yg pake perawatan buat ngelunturin lemak yg kayak di klinik2 kecantikan gak? Liat2 di youtube kayaknya ngefek, soalny diukur before afterny. Tapi kyknya yg kekikis air dalem tubuh kali yah..

    finally fat turun dibawah 10 kg tapi maintain berat di kisaran 44 kg...
    kemaren2 benernya sempet drop ke 43.x kg, tapi (untungnya) akhirnya naek lagi.

    Tinggi 155 cm
    Target body fat 24% (gila gw ga ada ambisinya gini hahahaha)
    Target bb 49-50 (sudah tercapai sebenernya, tinggal distabilin aja)

    akhir juni // bb 53,5 kg
    7 sep // bb 49,3 kg // bf 26% (ngitung pake ukuran lingkar2)
    13 sep // bb 50,3 kg (naik lagi ahahahhaha)

    Ada tips2 exercise yg efektif menurunkan body fat?

    aih, boro2. makanya gue turunnya pelan, karena gue jg ga diet or exercise mati2an wkwkwk. yang sedeng2 aja.

    untuk nurunin body fat gue rasa loe udah tau jawabannya Hidden Content HIIT with weight training. dan weight nya harus cukup berat untuk bikin empot2an setelah 12x repetisi...jadi jangan keentengan.

    itu dari sisi workout nya. dari segi diet, hmmm unfortunately dari pengalaman gue, you need calorie deficit to cut the fat Hidden Content
    kalo workout dan calorie imbang (not deficit), itu badan toned tapi fat nya ga bakal ke cut.

    n that's why you know kenapa gue bakal stuck...karena ga bisa defisit kalori lagi mulai sekarang Hidden Content

    @Hidden Content , kalo ga cut calories tp workout yg ada malah naik bb kali ye... otot naik tp fat ga turun. Hufff... sulit memang cut calories. I workout so I can eat more aohhoaohaohaohaoh... #prinsip

    @Hidden Content : kalo aku exercise-nya akhir2 ini sering tidak teratur dan makan gak seberapa aku jaga, tapi sih masih cut atau sesuai dengan kalori yang dibutuhkan. Kadang sih bisa lebih...hehehe...
    Dulu 3 bulan awal itu aku gym 1 minggu min 3x dalam durasi 1-1.5 jam dan biasanya aku gym pulang kerja dan selesainya malam, aku cuma makan buah saja. Setelah bulan ke-4 aku jarang gym 1 minggu bisa cuma 1x dan maksimal 3x .
    Apalagi 1 minggu kemarin aku gak olahraga sama sekali gara2 lagi sakit. Jadi naik 200 gr deh Hidden Content tapi untung saja BF tidak ikut naik
    Baru gym lagi kemarin
    Workout-nya:
    - 100x Back Extension
    - 100x gak tau namanya (yang bersandar ke bola dan kaki diangkat - kayak gambar yang aku attach, ada yang tahu namanya?)
    Hidden Content
    - 40x Chest Press
    - 60x Row Seated
    - 30 minutes Treadmill
