    Aku suka makan peanut butter sama apel slices. Hahaha. Peanut butter sih kalo buat cemil mesti tetep di limit. Maybe 1 tablespoon. Soalnya banyak fatty acids nya. Belom lagi kalo oenaut butter yg kita beli itu suka ada tambahan sugar, salt dll nya. Jadi ga sehat.

    Aku suka makan apel dan segelas susu murni atau susu kacang kedelai, mangkuk yogurt rendah lemak

    Lagi suka banget sama fitbar yang fruits. Udah cobain berbagai macem merek healthy snack bar, tapi lidah cocoknya cuma sama fitbar yang fruits. Enak bangeetttt..jadi pengganti sarapan bareng susu, dan cemilan di malam hari kalau lagi bengong begadang.
