    Liat instagramnya sophie navita sangat menginspirasi, dia n gwen, anaknya bondan lg ambil short course di rawfoodchef, sushi vegan, rawtella inspired by nutella, rawaglioolio. Lg membulatkan tekad utk jalanin raw food diet

    Setelah baca buku Saya Pilih Sehat dan Sembuh karangan dr. Tan Shot Yen, ternyata beliau bukan raw foodist.

    Pakarnya raw food itu bukannya pa wied ya? Kalo selama ini sih nyimak food combiningnya erikar lebang. Kalo liat campuran raw foofnya kayanya menggoda selera deh.

    mamul : beliau menyarankan karbo 2/3 porsi makan & protein 1/3 porsi tapi karbonya cuma dari sayur & buah.

    anggraeni putri : punya judul buku atau link nya pak Wied & Erikar Lebang? TIA.

    brocoli, kecambah, selada, kailan, kacang2an.. cobain deh pelan2 lama2 juga tubuh akan terbiasa dan akan menolak dengan sendirinya makanan2 yg gk sehat.. ^^

    Well i was on a raw food, diet for about 3 years i had the opposite problem
    but i am under six feet tall and with all the nuts seeds, and oil i ate i
    gained weight, rapidly. I still love, having fresh green smoothies in the
    autumn season and i eat a lot of green vegetables salads but i do a lot
    great with the addition of whole grain and beans.

    kemaren blender bayam wortel ma kubis smua serba mentah, baru setengah gelas udah genyang truss perut sebah gitu, serba salah deh mau ke "belakang" tapi engga bisa dikeluarin itu kenapa yaaaa..... Hidden Content trus seperti masuk angin, mual dkk asli engga nyaman banget reaksi tubuh pas dimasukin sayuran mentah, padahal otak udah menyakinkan kalo yg masuk ini makanan super sehat, enzim sayuran masih utuh, vitamin masih lengkap dll....     Raw Food diet is more effective for the health and fitness.
    Because it contains more natural vitamins, protein, fiber, etc.
    It is more effective to control the cholesterol level and burn the extra calories.

    makasih banyak anggraeni putri mungkin kali yaa... soalnya rasa nya sayuran mentah diblender itu "unik" banget hehehe.... jadi bawaannya pengen cepat habis Hidden Content Next Time akan lebih dinikmati lagi hasil blenderan sayuran mentah tersebut...... biar engga serba salah reaksinya hihihi....

    Sdh pernah dgr sih, tapi ga bisa ngebayangin kalo ngikut cara Ni4ma sayurannya diblender gitu. Gimana rasanya?
    Pengen juga diet sehat gini, coz udah overweight..bawa badan rasanya udah ngos-ngosan
