    banyak bangetttt say loncat2nya LOL.. Dlm 2mgg pertama piit yg krasa itu otot kakiku lebih kenceng n celana jd kedodoran bangett.. Skrg aku lg pre-training bbg, baru week2.. So far ga ada keluhan lututku.. Tp gerakan loncatmya br skipping aja sich..
    Benernya piit kalo form kita bener should be safe kok.. Lututku cederanya gara2 badminton, apes banget Hidden Content

    Waaa ahirnya nemu juga yang doyan blogilates.. yeay!

    gw so far masih ikutan monthly calendar nya doang sih.. udah hampir setahun.. dan emang berasa bedanya perlahan tp pasti. ga sia2 tu paha panas tiap sesi latian LOL.
    Mau ambil piit28 tapi nunggu sesi PT di gym abis dulu něh..

    Kalo ambil piit28 tp gak ikut meal plan nya tetep oke gak? Gw makan jg tetep dijaga sih selama ini cuma kalo full clean eating kayaknya ga kuat deh hehe

    Haloo~ Gue newbie nih di FD. Senangnya pas liat ada forum blogilates! Gue admire her sooo much. Gue juga ikutin work plan sama meal plan nya dia pas wedding prep, and it works! Pas hari H, gown gue malah kayak kedodoran, untung bisa diakalin hehe.. Eh abis merid, lepas control, naek deh 2kg. Sekarang mau balik lagi follow blogilates kayaknya..

Dia-nya sendiri juga positive banget sih ya mak.. demen gue ma dia.. sekarang masih ngikutin pilatesnya mak? kemaren gue back on track, do movement for muffin top. Pagi ini sakit2 semua badan gue, tapi sakitnya bikin nagihh..

    Aku saat ini lg ngikutin bbg say.. soalnya sempet piit 2mgg post knees injury trnyt too much buat lututku. Jadinya nyobain bbg krn cm 3x/mgg aja.. kadang msh ngikutin videonya cassey yg arms utk selingan.. kalo lama ga denger suaranya cassey yg nyemangatin itu rasanya ada yg kurang, LOL

    Lumayan say, krasa lebih toned skrg.. utk jadwalnya jg lbh flexible krn bs dswitch ama liss kalo pas lg capek banget.. so far aku enjoy bbg.. skrg uda week9, mulai ada hiit.. cm kalo bbg memang butuh more equipment.. aku beli dumbbell n bike. Utk steps aku pake bangku plastik gt. Pengen beli fitness steps tp harganya mahall n ribet nyimpennya..

    super seneng ada yang bikin thread PIIT28! Gue udah dari awal pas webnya baru tiga hari, tapi nggak beli-beli karena belum punya CC. Kayaknya ntar gue usahain beli soalnya udah pada ngebuktiin gitu PIIT28 asoy geboy, ahahaha. Yang paling gue demennya dia ngga pake alat kan ya? Cuman dari yang review lain bilang, kalau mau lebih cepet ngebentuk pake alat tambahan.

    By the way, semoga cepat sembuh ya supaya bisa ngelanjutin diary(?) ini.

    Wah ada forum PIIT28 juga dimari. Aku ada ebooknya, tapi belum ngelakuin full karena masih ngikut BBG, paling selingan HIIT doang jatohnya. Hopefully bisa reguler ngikut plan sampe PIIT28 2.0. Tapi ngantri dulu kayanya. Ada yang ngikut PIIT28 tapi dibarengin sama program lainnya ngga ya?

    Sama dengan @Hidden Content ikut PIIT28 dari tahun lalu kemudian lanjut ke PIIT28 2.0. Paling sebel waktu beli yang 2.0, waktu itu voucher diskonnya lupa dimasukin, jadinya dapat harga normal *nangis*
    sekarang lagi break tapi breaknya kelamaan (maaf malas). Besok mulai workout lagi deh.

    hai @Hidden Content , samaa.. gara gara harga diskon jadinya purchase PIIT 3.0. Murah banget jadi $19. Pakenya bisa nanti - nanti.
    sebelumnya yang bilang mau workout lagi, ternyata failed plan.
