    aku sih suka dua2nya sis tapi lebih rutin squat sih.. bangun pagi pasti squat, sebelum tidur juga. yang aku suka squat tuh ngebakar kalori cukup efektif (coba baca Hidden Content ) dan yang paling penting bikin bokong jadi padet, lebih kenceng aja sih. sebulan rutin aja udah keliatan kok progressnya sis.

    setuju sih buat combine, tapi biar maksimal coba ambil yoganya yg bikram yoga. latihan aja ambil sesi di yoga42 kemang. temen gue nyoba di sana hasilnya badan dia kurusan, cuma ya itu beraaaaat kalau baru pemula. awalnya doi rada males, tapi berhubung dapet sesi gratis ya dicoba aja, lumayan sih hasilnya.

    @Hidden Content kita Sama tipe buah pear, aku tetep squat, yg jd masalah tuh klo tipe kita tuh pantat bgs gede tapi ada sayap di paha, nah ini nih yg harus diilangin, cb ikut rpm.

    Kalo mnurutku squat kan cm focus di kaki sedang yoga lbh kompleks. Aku suka yoga krn itu, Dan memang ketika kita bs peak pose tuh seneng bgt.
    Btw aku tipe yg hrs ikut kelas Dan gw ikut rpm, yoga, body pump zumba dll

    aku squat 1hr minimal 50x dan pengaruh.
    cumaaaaa...kok bentuknya mentok begitu aja yah. ngga kayak bule2 gitu yg sampe ada lipetannya hehe maap. apa kudu dibarengin sama gerakan lain? share yah yg biasa ngebentuk bagian belakang..

    @i do both! Seminggu 2x yoga 2x body pump (squat jg kan)
    Beda sih ya, body pump buat bentuk badan terutama booty, yoga buat flexible

    @Hidden Content sis kalo mau bokong kayak jen selter, gak cuma squat aja, tapi dibarengin lunges, donkey kick, hip bridges, fire hydrant akan lebih bagus, lunges itu lebih buat ngangkat bokong cmiiw.

    mending yoga sih kalo aku yg case paha dan betis gede. yoga bisa bantu renggangin ototku jadi ngerasa bikin langsing dan awalnya badanku gak lentur jadi agak lentur. Kalo pengen squat paling ikut Body Pump class di gym, jadi squatnya gak berasa berapa kali karena ada musiknya :-D

    Temen gue squat cuma 2bln tapi infonya bokongnya langsung kenceng dan naik. Gue lagi coba nih, semoga berhasil yah!
    Pernah coba yoga 1x tapi badan sakit selama 1minggu, so ga lagi deh. hahahha

    Dua2nya.. kemaren2 sangat rajin squat,masih tapi ga tiap hari, sekarang lebih rajin yoga almost everyday

    Squat bisa kapan aja dimana aja GA perlu pake mat, GA ribet dan GA makan waktu kecuali di combine sama gerakan2 lainnya

    Kalau aku lebih pilih yoga karena kl yoga bikin kita lentur, kenceng, berotot tp nga kayak yg binaragawan gitu dan juga efeknya ke seluruh badan.. cuma nemang kl yoga hasilnya nga cepet.. musti sabar dan rajin.. 😀😀😀
