    Adakah yg tahu tentang Acceleration Training?

    Metode ini ditemukan ilmuwan Rusia utk mencegah hilangnya massa otot & tulang kosmonautnya saat misi di kondisi dgn gravitasi rendah. Vibration equipment yg terkenal merknya Power Plate.

    The Power Plate works by vibrating in three dimensions, or three planes: vertical, horizontal and sagittal (up and down). If you have ever been in an earthquake, you have experienced this sort of complex motion—right and left, front and back, and up and down—it's very hard to stand up in an earthquake! But the Power Plate moves very quickly (25 to 50 times per second) across very small distances (two to four millimeters), so you aren't knocked off balance, but just enough that your muscles must accommodate.
    When the Power Plate vibrates up and down, your muscle tone improves.
    Left to right and front to back movements improves your balance and coordination.
    So the net result is a dramatic improvement in strength and power, flexibility, balance, tone and leanness—for starters.
    When you stand on the vibrating Power Plate, each muscle in your body reacts in a continuous flow of micro adjustments, expanding and contracting reflexively. Just like when your leg automatically jerks after your physician taps it with his reflex hammer, your muscles react automatically to the Power Plate's vibrations—25 to 50 times per second.

    Stimulating your muscles and nerves this way results in more work being done by your body in a shorter period of time—with FAR greater recruitment of your muscle fibers.
    Think about it...
    If you apply 30 Hertz (30 cycles per second) for 30 seconds, you are expanding and contracting your muscles a total of 900 times in just half a minute. This means you can train to athlete status with 12-25 minutes of Acceleration Training, three days a week.

    @Hidden Content : iya, gue googling kayaknya mirip ya, prinsipnya pake vibration.
    Memang keunggulannya waktu latihan jadi jauh lebih singkat. Di youtube di atas dibilang 15 menit latihan pake vib equipment = 1 jam latihan biasa.
    Gue googling kok nggak ada price list utk alatnya ya? Jadi penasaran, berapa ya harganya. Kalau Power Plate yg termahal USD 8,000.

    @Hidden Content klo yg ini gue kurang tau. Tp smpet penasaran harga miha bodytec itu rangenya 10.000-15.000 usd. No wonder ya per sesi mahal bgt. Tp gue mlah penasaran, rata2 org luar pake alat ini kan untuk terapo, kok di kita malah jd workout yah..

    @Hidden Content : ooo, miha bodytec buat terapi ya? Kalau Power Plate memang utk workout.
    Gue penasaran ada enggak ya dealernya di sini, di Malaysia aja dijual lho Power Plate ini.

    natassyeaah sempat berapa kali ikut workout nya 20fit? Hasilnya gimana dibanding workout biasa?

    @Hidden Content di indonjadi buat workout gtu.. Gue baru nyoha sekalii jadi blm ada oengaruh apa2, dan gue coba untuk low back pain gue.. Lumayan sih ya.. Untuk wo masi mikir mahal bgt buu haha

    @Hidden Content : gue dah coba crazy fit. Kayaknya emang bener bisa menyingkat waktu latihan.
    Gue coba pake No More Trouble Zone nya Jillian Michaels. 10 menit aja, keringat sdh bercucuran, detak nadi dah di atas 120x per menit jadi 30 menit aja langsung gue stop, nggak kuat.

    @Hidden Content : yg susah tu modifikasi gerakan supaya tubuh kita tetap di crazy fit, mis. lunge, plie squat. Kalau upper body sih nggak masalah.

    @Hidden Content oh ini utk mempersingkat waktu latihan ya, tapi nadi n detak jantung di pompa lebih cepat? instan sih emang. cuma kayanya lbh baik olahraga biasa lari atau jalan cepet Hidden Content
