Huhu.. dah seminggu ini gak olahraga, semenjak anak2 masuk sekolah.. Secara ijk harus bangun subuh buat nyiapin bekal, trus nganter mereka ke sekolah, langsung cabut ke kantor, and jemput anak2 lagi.. Blum lagi malemnya mesti nemenin belajar dll.. Habis deh waktukuHidden Content
Lagi mikir mo join yoga scara di tempat gue ada kelas yoga, dan tempatnya persis di atas kantor gue.. Tapi yoga itu bisa ngebentuk tubuh gak sih?

*Treadmill: 45 min, Cool down 2 mins
*Sepeda: 30 mins, Cool down 5 mins
*Sit-up: 8 mins, Cool down 2 mins

Setelah gue coba berhenti diet, ternyata ngga bisa. Jadi perut gue ngga bisa nampung makanan lebih, kayaknya udah porsinya cuma secuil aja. Eh, malah olahraganya berhenti dulu beberapa hari ini. chint13, yoga termasuk exercise donk, buat body & spirits malah.. Hidden Content basic exercise aja bisa ngelatih flexibility tubuh biar ngga gampang injury, apalagi yg power/ashtanga yoga bagus buat otot & stamina.

Opi...emang sih klo udah bbrp wkt diet, jdnya perut gak bisa lg dimasukin byk2 makanan. utk gw pas lg break diet gtu, biasanya emang lbh utk stabilisasi berat aja sih. jd gw mkn normal...bener2 gak ada strict2an. trs exercise jg biasa aja, gak pake target musti ngebakar brp cal per hari. ntar pas mulai program lg, diet diperketat lg (in my case gak ketat2 amat sbenernya Hidden Content ) 'n exercise mulai ditargetin lg...biasanya awal2 turunnya bakal lgsg cepet.

malem: treadmill SS 40mnt

setelah bertahun2 brenti gym, lari, aerobic dvd, dan sebagainya, kemarin memaksakan diri main Wii Fit yg rada "serius" dikit.
Total waktu di "Fit Bank" nya 53 menit
25 minutes Aerobics, 10 menit Yoga, 10 menit Strength Exercise, sisanya Balance Games.
Mau coba train badan sedikit2 dulu pake Wii Fit, biar bisa DVD erobikan pake weight lagi, tanpa tewas keesokan hari nya, dan keesokannya, dan keesokannya Hidden Contentformerly uberboston

gue baru beli hula hoop bbrp hari lalu krn pengen punya pinggang, perut, dan bokong seksi.... **korban iklan**
tapi ud nyoba belajar beberapa kali tetep aja gak bisa, melorot trus dan jatuh kena kaki gue lagi Hidden Content
