Dari sekian lama skipping baru hari ini, skipping 2 setengah menit ga berentii.. tangan berasa pegel n kencengnya.. masih cupu banget dah gua.. abis itu paling cm semenit kurang dah kelibet di kaki.. dah ga sinkron karena lelah.. hahaha..

Today: Body Blast (Ballet Beautiful); day one
I will take this on the following days: Hidden Content
I think the body blast is the most challenging of them all but I find it works best for me to do the second two 15 minute workouts first, then go back to the first two.

Emang keringetan banget, kaki mati rasa.. siapa yang suka burpeess?
Gimana ni jaga stamina biar bisa burpees lebih dr 10x
Mau pingsan guaa tadi, padahal cm 10 aja..
Abis itu skipping an 15 mnt.. tepar sekarang.. hahhaha..

Gua jugaa *toss mak * tapi gua heran ya liat kayla or tanya enteng banget burpees nya, padahal pake push up loh..
Pengen sih bisa.. tapi ya itu.. harus ditingkatin pelan pelan sihh..
Klo ga salah, Yang modified burpees ini yang cm berdiri tapi ga loncat bukan mak?

Hari ini cm bentar banget..
12 burpees, 7 kali.. buang napas ngos2an lanjut 5 x lagi
20 mountain climbers
1 mnt jogging di tempat
No skipping at all..
paha dalem ma perut sakit masihh sisa burpees kmrn.. 🤣

Aku biasanya homeworkout aja. Untuk gerakan biasanya lihat di akun-akun instagram fitness atau aplikasi workout di handphone. HIIT salah satu jadi alternatif buat orang-orang sibuk karena dengan durasi yang singkat bisa tetap bakar kalori maksimal. Tapi biasanya kalo lagi senggang aku jogging/marathon hehe

@Hidden Content Iya modified burpees yg dibawa loncatnya g tinggi2 amat. Kayaknya Klo kayla yg ngelakuin gampang banget ya. Hari ini tahunya di video Fitnessblender ada burpees nya , untung g pake loncat cuman kick aja. Tapi tetap aja 😝

Baru selesai workout 30 mnt, isinya
Skipping, lunges, 3 burpees, skipping, lunges, 5 burpees, skipping, 5 burpees, skipping, lunges, 7 burpees, skipping.. YTW (dari NTC) trus inhale exhale aja buat cooling down..
