Lagi hari ketiga ngikutin 5 days challenge burn fat and build lean muscle di fitnessblender.. Ngikutinnya asik juga ternyata haha, soalnya biasa cuma lari renang sama ntc doang

Setelah lebih rajin yoga, kangen juga sama cardio, pagi ini ngikutin fitnes blender, Hiit cardio, butt And thigh workout 36menit banjir keringet

Setahun lebih ini yoga teratur dan nga pernah bolos.. padahal sebelumnya nga pernah olahraga sama sekali dan males banget kl disuruh olahraga.. 😄😄😄

sebelum mandi barbelan, terus skipping dan hullahopp, sama squat sambil ngaca, karena gw orangnya gampang bosen. terus gw juga sering banget squat sambil masak dan sikat gigi soalnya paling sulit menyediakan waktu khusus buat olahraga, biasa yang ada habis itu makan berlebihan heheheh

favorit set exercise : burpees (tp nga pake loncat, style selow aja) 10 x, push up 10 x, mountain climber 20x, reverse crunch 40x, plank 45 detik.
kalau bisa sehari 3 set. plus pake beban : lunge, squat, 2-3 set..
wiken diusahain lari 20-30 menit atau berenang..
baru dapat mini trampoline : rencananya buat buang kalori lebih banyak dgn waktu lebih pendek...

terlalu banyak exercise juga menyebabkan tubuh menjadi terlalu letih, kegiatan sehari-hari asal tidak terlalu banyak menggunakan kendaraan bermotor menurutku sudah cukup
