Hari ini muaythai 1 jam, mix sit up, push up, treadmill 30 menit incline 12, speed 6, crosstrainer 5 menit, sepedahan 5 menit. Segeeeeerrrrr.

- Jalan 10 ribu langkah, kadang2 jalan cepat atau lari (sambil kasih makann nawnu)
- angkat berat 8 kg kiri - kanan
(Gendong hawnu selama 90 menit)
Hehehehe..itu termasuk olahhraga ya. Pan buktinya berat gw turun jd sisa 50 kg. Mw kurang 5 kg lagi..SEMANGGATT.
