Hahh enakknyaa abis zumba. Beneran dah ini total body workout.
Klo mo bakar kalori ikutan kelas zumba fitness, buat ngencengin, kelas zumba toning.

Hari ini nyoba workoutnya thefitdadsays.com secara kayaknya cocok di gue yg terbatas waktunya, msh punya baby 6 bln n msh ASI.
Tapi krn baby keburu bangun, yg bisa dilakuin : warm up (chop 3x15, push up on knee 3x10), latihan inti push up on knee 5x8, dumbell swing 4x8, dumbell bent over row 4x8.
Moga2 besok bisa full workout.

Hari ini akhirnya bisa full workout thefitdadsays day 2 : warm up (chop 2x15 & push up 3x10), latihan inti push up 2x10, bodyweight reverse lunge 2x12 each leg, plank 4x30", mount climbers 4x20, decline push up (tp gak bisa rendah2 he2) 2x10, bodyweight squat 2x20.

kalau gw sih seperti rutinitas ngegym sehari2 ..
Pemanasan 10 menit, angkat beban 45 menitan, kemudian cardio dengan sepeda static 30 menitan .. abisnya langsung sauna 10 menitan .. sueger tenan .. pegel2nya berkurang Hidden Content ..

Gw suka ikut body pump.
At least seminggu 2x di fitness first.
Biasanya abis nge pump, langsung cardio..ikut kelas RPM (cycling) or HIIT di treadmill. Ditutup dengan sauna juga.

Latihan perut 4 set, masing2 kurang lebih 20 repetisi & latihan untuk pinggang juga 4 x 20 kurang lebih & HIIT 26 menit dengan speed 6 ke 8 Hidden Content ..
