    Minggu ini gua ga exercise krn lagi dapet. (males bo keringetan dan dibawah lagi...ew...)
    Jadinya aku share exercise cowo aku yang benar2 baru mulai fitness selama 10 hari ini ya.(program menuju tubuh langsing di hari h)

    Kemarin malam exercise dia itu:

    jumping jack 100x
    inchworm 40x
    squad 40x
    high knees 100x
    butt kickers 40x
    crunch 100x
    plank 1 menit

    olahraga yang sederhana, sebentar, ga nyampe sejem tapi benar2 efektif. langsung k'o dan bsk paginya badan dia pegel2.

    ari ini gua biarkan dia isthirahat dulu, lusa we will do it again + jogging for 10 minutes.

    Teman2, apakah anda sudah pernah mendengar ttg program pelatihan baru SV Workout? Saya pernah ikut dan gerakan2 yang diajarkan sangat menarik dan unik. Bertujuan untuk membuang racun/radiasi, membakar lemak, dan memperkuat organ tubuh. Sangat efektif untuk teman2 yang sudah lam tidak berolahraga, atau yang badan sering sakit setelah aerobic intens seperti Zumba, body pump dsbnya.     Gua jumproping 15 mnt, campur2, ad yang lateral, loncat biasa, angkat satu kaki, butt kicking, campur aduk gado2.. klo yang freestyle jago gitu gua ga bisaa.. hahaha.. lama gua ga exercise, mabok lagsung ngos2 an..

    Setelah lahiran kurang lebih 3,5 bulan gak olah raga. Hari ini mulai lagi
    30 mins fitnessblendeer- At home cardio workout with no equipment- fat burning cardio

    Mudah2an bisa rutin 3-4x dlm seminggu💪
    Pegal- pegal deh
